Harmony with the environment
The XXX Golf Resort project is environmentally sound owing to its urban development approach and because of the technologies it will employ - for example, using natural materials, reusing treated water from a wastewater treatment plant, and through waste management. At the same time the project will substantially contribute to the improvement of the village’s anti-flood protection system by draining rain water to a lake area built within the golf resort.
By uniting the natural scenery of the golf course and the forest area with a man-made lake area, the project has a beneficial landscaping effect and will significantly contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the whole region at the foot of the Malé Karpaty hills.

A world quality 27–hole golf course over an area of 1,377,613 m2 will dominate the XXX Golf Resort project. The course was designed by Canadian Doug Carrick, the world-renowned designer of more than 50 golf courses across the globe, including several combined with residential projects.

CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF XXX VILLAGE
This “green” project, which is sensitive to the environment in every respect, will generate not just tourism development but also quality of life improvements for XXX’s existing citizens. The project investor, XXX, has committed itself to cooperate closely and to co-finance public facility projects focused on the village’s overall development. Among other things, the investor has committed to construct, at its own expense, a western bypass of the village. Thanks to the bypass traffic to the new part of the village will be diverted and will not add to the traffic passing through the original parts of XXX. Along with its activities directly connected to developing the XXX Golf Resort, XXX plans to make several investments in improving the infrastructure of the existing village, which will contribute to the increasing attractiveness and modernisation of XXX and its vicinity.

Po dokončení hrubej stavby projektu v októbri 2008 pokračujú stavebné práce na viacúčelovom projekte XXX v Bratislave aj naďalej presne v súlade s časovým harmonogramom stavby.
Priebeh výstavby projektu
V súčasnosti sa dokončujú presklené fasády budov a uzatvárajú sa všetky okenné a vchodové otvory. Zároveň prebieha dokončovanie presklených striech a na nich umiestnených technických miestností. V interiéri prebieha montáž vertikálnych a horizontálnych rozvodov technickej infraštruktúry (slaboprúd, silnoprúd, VZT, sprinklery, chladenie). Pokračuje montáž posledných výstuží výťahových šácht a vlastných kabín výťahov, na schodiskách je osádzané zábradlie..
Aktuálny stav v predaji bytov a prenájme kancelárskych a obchodných priestorov
V projekte XXX je v súčasnosti predaných viac ako 50 % bytov a apartmánov z celkového počtu 254. Prenajateľnosť kancelárskych priestorov v troch budovách XXX CENTRAL, ktorých celková plocha predstavuje 24 000 m2, sa pohybuje na úrovni 60 %. Z ponuky obchodných priestorov v XXX GALLERII na celkovej ploche 60 000m2 je k dnešnému dňu prenajatých 75 % obchodných jednotiek.
Financovanie
Zabezpečenie financovania projektu XXX prebieha plynulo a bez akýchkoľvek problémov. Plánované otvorenie projektu sa v súlade s časovým harmonogramom očakáva na jar 2010.

Translation - English Update information on the construction of XXX project
After completion of the buildings’ structure in October 2008 the construction works on the multi-purpose project XXX still continue precisely in line with the time schedule of the construction.
A current state of the construction
Currently, the glass facades of buildings are near completion and all the window and entrance spaces are now being filled. At the same time, glass roofs and technical premises placed on the roofs are being finalised. In the interior, vertical and horizontal technical infrastructure (high and low voltage power supply installation, ventilation, sprinklers, air-conditioning) is being installed. The reinforcements of elevator shafts and elevator cabins are being installed, stair-rails are being set.
An up-to-date state of the sale of apartments and the rental of offices and shopping premises
More than 50 percent of apartments of the total 254 in the XXX project have been sold. Around 60 percent of office premises in three buildings XXX CENTRAL, whose total area represents 24 000 square metres, have been rented. As of today, 75 percent of shopping units out of the offer of shopping premises in XXX GALLERIA with the total area of 60 000 square metre have been rented.

Financing of the XXX project is running smoothly and with no problems. The project is expected to be open in line with the schedule, in spring 2010.

Source text - Slovak Slovensko ešte o niečo európskejšie
Slovensko začalo rok 2009 veľkolepo a ako v poradí šestnásta krajina eurozóny vymenilo koruny za eurá. Podľa vyjadrení slovenských aj európskych predstaviteľov zvládla krajina prípravu na zavedenie novej meny extrémne dobre – poučila sa zo skúseností so zavedením eura nielen v nových členských krajinách, ale aj z čias, kedy euro vzniklo. S korunou sa Slovensko rozlúčilo aj slávnostným galaprogramom, počas ktorého slovenským politikom a občanom osobne k prijatiu eura gratulovali vedúci predstavitelia Európskej komisie, prezidenti a predsedovia vlád členských krajín Európskej únie.
Prieskumy medzi obyvateľstvom z konca minulého roka síce hovorili o obavách zo zavedenia novej meny a tiež o istej nostalgii za slovenskou korunou, ktorá bola pre mnohých jedným zo symbolov slovenskej štátnosti, ale už teraz možno povedať, že prvé dni používania novej meny zvládli Slováci v pokoji a bez väčších problémov. Nová mena možno ešte nejaký čas „potrápi“ bežných ľudí, kým si zvyknú na nový vzhľad a hodnotu euromincí, ale všeobecne možno povedať, že zavedenie eura je z pohľadu väčšiny Slovákov aj Európy vnímané ako veľký úspech. Naviac, podľa mnohých analytikov, euro prichádza na Slovensko v tej pravej chvíli, a v čase pretrvávajúce finančnej krízy pomôže krajine k väčšej stabilite.
Slovensko už niekoľko rokov dokazuje, že je jednou z najrýchlejšie sa rozvíjajúcich v rámci krajín „Novej Európy“. Hospodársky rozvoj a ekonomické zmeny, ktoré Slovensko zaznamenalo v uplynulých rokoch, mnohí prirovnávajú k ekonomickej transformácii Írska v 90-tych rokoch 20. storočia. Dynamická a príťažlivá úroveň hospodárskeho rastu Slovenska je v súčasnosti porovnávaná s úrovňou najsilnejších európskych ekonomík. Najvýraznejšie je to vidieť na premene hlavného mesta Slovenska- Bratislavy, ktorej HDP na jedného obyvateľa je v súčasnosti o 20 % vyšší ako priemer v EÚ.
Slovenská metropola sa v posledných rokoch zmenila na nepoznanie a vďaka mimoriadnemu obchodnému a kultúrnemu rozvoju sa Bratislava stala modernou európskou metropolou. Potenciál Bratislavy už objavili aj zahraniční investori, ktorí v nej popri ideálnych ekonomických podmienkach pre podnikanie našli aj príjemné kozmopolitné miesto na život s vysokou úrovňou kultúrneho a spoločenského vyžitia.

Slovakia started the year 2009 grandly and as the sixteenth country of the eurozone switched the crowns to the euro. According to Slovak and European representatives the country coped with the preparations of the new currency adoption extremely well – it learned a lesson from experience of the euro adoption not only in new member countries but also from times of the birth of the euro. Slovakia bid farewell to the crown also by a celebratory gala during which European Commission representatives, presidents and prime ministers of the European member countries personally congratulated Slovak politicians and citizens on the euro adoption.
Although opinions polls from the end of the last year suggested public concerns from the introduction of the new currency and also certain nostalgia for the Slovak crown, which was for many one of the Slovak statehood symbols, it is already possible to say that Slovaks coped with the first days of using the new currency smoothly and without larger problems. The new currency may for some time give a hard time for common people till they get used to the new shape and value of the euro-coins but generally it is possible to say that the euro adoption is from the view of majority of Slovaks and Europe perceived as a great success. Moreover, according to many analysts, the euro is coming to Slovakia at the right moment and it will help the country to maintain a greater stability in time of ongoing financial crisis.
Over the last several years Slovakia has proven that it is one of the fastest developing countries within the “New Europe”. Many compare the economic developments and changes which Slovakia recorded over the last years with the economic transformation of Ireland in 1990s of the 20th century. The dynamic and attractive level of the Slovakia’s economic growth is being currently compared with the level of the strongest European economies. It is the most evident at the change of the Slovak capital – Bratislava whose GDP per capita currently exceeds the EU average by 20 percent
The Slovak capital changed beyond recognition over the last years and thanks to the extraordinary business and cultural development Bratislava became a modern European city. Po Rusku a České republice je Slovensko třetí zemí ve střední a východní Evropě, kde XXX začíná poskytovat své služby. Na největším slovenském letišti v Bratislavě bude druhou společností, která nabízí plnění letadel leteckým palivem soukromým osobám i leteckým společnostem.

Prvním letadlem naplněným palivem se na mezinárodním letišti v Bratislavě stal letoun soukromé přepravní společnosti VIP AIR. Ta patří spolu s leteckým přepravcem Seagle Air k prvním pravidelným zákazníkům na letišti.
XXX je součástí skupiny XXX a v současnosti poskytuje služby v oblasti plnění letadel na více než 880 letištích v 70 zemích, kde pravidelně plní 7 000 letadel (každých 12 sekund pak plní jedno letadlo). Translation - English XXX started providing fuel to aircrafts at the Bratislava Airport
Bratislava, January 16, 2009 – XXX started providing aviation fuel to aircrafts at the Bratislava Airport last week. XXX has thus expanded its areas of business in Slovakia.
After Russia and the Czech Republic, Slovakia became the third country of the Central and Eastern Europe where XXX started providing its services. At the largest Slovakia’s airport in Bratislava it will be the second company which offers filling the airplanes with aviation fuel to private entities as well as air carrier companies.
“After entering the gas trade market at the end of the last year, it is in a short time an entrance into another business area in Slovakia. I believe that by starting the activities at the Bratislava Airport we will contribute to increasing competition and a further development of our most important airport,” said XXX, director general of XXX.
An airplane of a private air carrier VIP AIR was the first one filled with the fuel at the International Airport in Bratislava. The air company, along with the air carrier Seagle Air, belongs among the first regular customers at the airport.
