Translation - English Some administrations return an error code. A new component has been created for this which maps this code to the QX3 message entry. The programs for this can be found in application package ZZ355 in the various output check modules. The interface class has a method called omzettenFoutinQ77 [convert error to Q77]. This method performs the actual conversion based on the record received via M44X3_KHHHL4.

In deze context zal het onderscheid tussen wat een dienst als gespreksopbouw is of wat een doorgiftedienst is, in termen van welke delen van het netwerk daarbij zijn betrokken, van lidstaat tot lidstaat verschillen. Het wordt aan de nationale regelgevende instanties overgelaten over dergelijke technische aspecten te beslissen, in het licht van de nationale omstandigheden en binnen de in deze aanbeveling uiteengezette randvoorwaarden’.
Translation - English The European Commission states the following on the subject of wholesale market definition in the explanatory note in the recommendation: ‘The various EU member states have communication network topologies that differ considerably from one another. In this context, the distinction between a call origination service and transfer service will vary from member state to member state in terms of the parts of the network that are involved. It is left up to the national regulatory bodies to decide on these kinds of technical aspects in light of national circumstances and within the conditions set forth in this recommendation'.
