Bio

Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Adrián.

I have been immersed in English media for more than two decades all the while I was getting my English Studies degree from UNED, the biggest online university in Spain. I also hold the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English.

Being a native Spaniard and having such English expertise allows me to convey specific nuances to the Spanish-speaking crowd.

I have been translating from English to Spanish for two years now. My main focus is on websites and blogposts, but I have also translated indie videogames (none of which I can mention without breaking an NDA) and Android apps.

To be a good translator you also need to be a writer...but to be a writer you need to be a human! that way you will manage to communicate a message without making it sound like an automated translation. Everyday I read texts that read exactly like machine-translated drivel and it really saddens me. Why cut the middle man?

Are you going to please your Spanish-speaking crowd like that? Let us do things the old fashioned way.
