Source text - English What if my Physician finds something abnormal? If your Physician sees an area that needs further evaluation, your Physician may take a biopsy (tissue sample) to be analyzed. Obtaining a biopsy does not cause any pain or discomfort. If your Physician finds polyps, he or she may take a biopsy of them as well. Polyps are benign growths (noncancerous tumors or neoplasm) involving the lining of the bowel. They can occur in several locations in the gastrointestinal tract but are most common in the colon. They vary in size from less than a quarter of an inch to several inches in diameter. They look like small bumps growing from the lining of the bowel and protruding into the lumen (bowel cavity). They sometimes grow on a “stalk” and look like mushrooms. Some polyps can also be flat. Polyps known as "hyperplastic" (not at risk for cancer) may not require removal, but benign polyps known as "adenomas" (thought to be the precursor (origin) for almost all colon cancers) have a small risk of becoming cancerous. If polyps are found during Sigmoidoscopy your Physician will likely ask you to have a colonoscopy (a complete examination of the colon) to remove any large polyps or any small adenomas. Source text - English MRI Right Foot: Osteomyelitis of the 2nd toe associated with inflammatory process of the surrounding soft tissue and fluid collection. Angiography and Angioplasty of Right Lower Limb: Findings: Arteriosclerosis is seen with arterial wall calcification. The right popliteal artery shows tight stenotic lesion measuring over 90%. Below the knee the anterior and fibular arteries are seen. Balloon angioplasty followed by drug eluting balloon was done foot the popliteal stenosis. Recanalization of the posterior tibial artery was done using balloon angioplasty. Final angiogram shows complete recanalized of the right popliteal artery with complete recanalization of the posterior tibial artery. Conclusions: Angiogram showed tight stenosis of right popliteal artery with occlusion of right posterior tibial artery. Popliteal artery stenosis was treated by Drug eluting balloon angioplasty. And the posterior tibial artery was recanalized by balloon angioplasty.	Translation - Arabic الرنين المغناطيسي للقدم اليمنى: أظهر الرنين المغناطيسي التهاب العظم ونخاعه لإصبع القدم الثاني بالإضافة إلى التهاب النسيج الرخو المحيط به وتجمع للسوائل. تصوير ورأب الأوعية للطرف الأيمن السفلي: الاستنتاجات: ظهور تصلب شرياني مع وجود تكلس لجداره، كما تبين وجود آفة تضييق شديد في الشريان المأبضي الأيمن بلغ حجمها أكثر من 90%. كما ظهرت الشرايين الشظوية والأمامية خلف الركبة. وتم رأب الوعاء بالبالون يتبعه تركيب البالون المغلف بالدواء في القدم لعلاج ضيق المأبضي للقدم. ثم أعيد الاستقناء للشريان الظنبوبي الخلفي عبر استخدام الرأب الوعائي بالبالون. أظهرت الصورة الوعائية الأخيرة إعادة الاستقناء للشريان المأبضي الأيمن بالإضافة إلى الشريان الظنبوبي الخلفي بشكل كامل. الملخص: كشفت الصورة الوعائية عن وجود تضييق شديد للشريان المأبضي الأيمن بالإضافة إلى انسداد الشريان الظنبوبي الخلفي الأيمن، وعولج تضييق الشريان المابضي برأبه بواسطة بالون مغلف بالدواء، وإعادة الاستقناء للشريان الظنبوبي الخلفي عن طريق الرأب الوعائي بالبالون.
