About me. Growing up in Germany I developed a love for foreign languages early on. After a Teacher Education Course for Secondary Schools in English and German linguistics and literature and a master’s degree in Technical Translation at the University of Hildesheim, I worked both as freelancer and translator in several companies. After an exploration of other talents, working as a Senior Project Co-ordinator at the translations department of Ricoh, I am back at my original passion: the art of translating and writing itself.
I live in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. When I’m not reading or writing, you can find me running, swimming, skiing, playing the piano or enjoying live music.
