Source text - English These observations for the natural evolution of the existing situation at BRU have also been considered in this study.
It has been reported to Envisa that BRU aircraft noise may have been used for political purposes.
It is also apparent that the policy and regulatory framework for BRU aircraft noise has been fragmented and inconsistent partly as a result of what would have otherwise been logical dissemination of powers on key topics such a land-use planning and environmental regulation.
Translation - Dutch Deze observaties van de natuurlijke evolutie van de bestaande situatie bij BRU zijn ook in overweging genomen in deze studie.
Er werd aan Envisa gerapporteerd dat vliegtuiglawaai van BRU eventueel voor politieke doeleinden gebruikt werd.
Het is ook duidelijk dat de beleidsrichtlijnen en wettelijke structuur van vliegtuiglawaai van BRU gefragmenteerd en inconsequent is, wat deels het resultaat is van wat normaal logische disseminatie van bevoegdheden op sleutelonderwerpen zoals ruimtelijke planning en milieureglementering zou zijn.
