In western astrology, astrological signs are the twelve 30° sectors of the ecliptic, starting at the vernal equinox (one of the intersections of the ecliptic with the celestial equator), also known as the First Point of Aries. The order of the astrological signs is Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.
The concept of the zodiac originated in Babylonian astrology, and was later influenced by Hellenistic culture. According to astrology, celestial phenomena relate to human activity on the principle of “as above, so below”, so that signs are held to represent characteristic modes of Expression.

وقد نشا مفهوم دائرة الابراج في علم الفلك البابلي وتأثر فيما بعد بالحضارة الهلنستية. ووفقا لعلم الفلك فإن الظواهر السماوية مرتبطة بنشاط البشر بالمبدأ القائل "كما يحدث بالأعلى, يحدث في ألأسفل" ولذلك تستخدم الابراج لإظهار الصفة المميزة لأساليب التعبير البشرية.

Source text - English Extrachromosomal DNA is any DNA that is found outside the nucleus of a cell. It is also referred to as extranuclear DNA or cytoplasmic DNA. Most DNA in an individual genome is found in chromosomes but DNA found outside the nucleus also serves important biological functions.
In prokaryotes, nonviral extrachromosomal DNA is primarily found in plasmids whereas in eukaryotes extrachromosomal DNA is primarily found in organelles. Mitochondrial DNA is a main source of this extrachromosomal DNA in eukaryotes. Extrachromosomal DNA is often used in research of replication because it is easy to identify and isolate.
Translation - Arabic الحمض النووي الصبغي هو الذي يتكون خارج نواة الخلية. ويشار إليه أيضا بالحمض الخارجي او الحمض السيتوبلازمي. ومعظم الاحماض النووية فردية الجينات توجد في الكروموسومات ولكن هذا الحمض النووي المكون خارج النواة يساعد في الوظائف الحيوية المهمة للخلية.
وفي الخلايا أحادية النواة, يوجد الحمض النووي الصبغي الغير فيروسي بشكل رئيسي في البنية الجينية بينما الحمض الصبغي للخلايا حقيقية النواة يوجد بشكل رئيسي في العضيات. و يعتبر الحمض النووي للميتوكوندريا مصدر رئيسي لهذه الاحماض النووية الصبغية في الخلايا حقيقية النواة. ويستعمل الحمض النووي الصبغي عادة في أبحاث الإستنساخ لأن من السهل تحديده وعزله عن بقيه الخلايا.
