1. Moziműsor
Mikor kerül fel a következő heti program?
Legkésőbb szerdán, egy nappal az új program előtt már elérhető. A következő heti (csütörtök-szerda) program hétfő és kedd éjfél között kerül feltöltésre. Ez egyes filmek esetén eltérő lehet.
Mennyi ideig játszanak egy filmet, illetve mikor veszik le műsorról?
Nem lehet előre tudni, mert ez sok mindentől függ. (nézettség, érdeklődés, forgalmazó, új filmek
kínálata)
2. Jegyfoglalás, jegyvásárlás
Mikortól lehetséges a jegyfoglalás?
Az új moziműsor minden héten kedd éjfélig frissül. Jegyek vásárlása és foglalása ettől
kezdve lehetséges. Ez egyes filmek esetén eltérő lehet. A mindenkori aktuális heti moziműsorunkat a honlapunkon találod meg.
Ingyenes a foglalás? Emelt díjas a hívás?
Foglalásért nem számítunk fel plusz költséget és a +36 80 800 800 számunkon ingyenesen hívhatsz minket.
Kedvezményes jegyet próbáltam foglalni a honlapon, de nem engedte. Miért?
Foglaláskor a helyeket és a jegyek számát foglaljuk le, ezért minden esetben a lefoglalt jegy teljes árú.
A kedvezményt a mozi pénztáránál tudod igényelni a jegy átvételekor a megfelelő igazolvány
bemutatásával.
Foglalásnál miért kell telefonszámot adni?
A telefonszám megadása nem kötelező. A telefonos, vagy internetes foglalásnál a telefonszámot az
esetleges műsorváltozás miatt kérjük el, hogy értesíteni tudjunk téged.
Átveheti helyettem más a jegyemet?
Igen, ha tudja a foglalási nevet vagy azonosítót, illetve rendelkezik a kedvezményre jogosító
igazolványokkal.
Van-e következménye, ha nem veszem át a foglalt jegyem?
Nem jár semmilyen következménnyel. 30 perccel a film kezdete előtt felszabadulnak a foglalások.
Ha foglalok mikor vehetem át legkorábban a jegyemet?
Foglalás rögzítésétől kezdve, egészen fél órával a film megkezdése előttig lehetséges. Ez az idő
minden reggel 15 perccel az első előadás előttig, a pénztárak nyitásakor lehetséges.
Ez alól kivételt képez a VIP-ra szóló foglalás (Cinema City Aréna), amelyet kizárólag telefonon
keresztül, a +36 80 800 800 ingyenesen hívható számunkon tudsz foglalni, illetve az előadás kezdete előtt egy órával szükséges azt átvenni.
Lehetséges, hogy tartsák a foglalásomat, ha nem érek oda 30 perccel a film kezdete előtt?
Az előre lefoglalt jegyek átvételének lehetőségét az előadás kezdete előtt 30 percig,
VIP mozijegy esetén (Cinema City Aréna, Budapest) 60 percig tudjuk biztosítani. Nyitvatartás szerinti
első előadás esetén a lefoglalt jegyeket 15 perccel a vetítés előttig tudod átvenni.
Az időben át nem vett jegyekért felelősséget nem vállalunk.
Van egy külön pénztár, ahol átvehetem a foglalásomat?
A lefoglalt jegyeket soron kívül nem áll módunkban kiadni. Külön pénztár kizárólag a Cinema City Aréna
Szerencsejáték Zrt. VIP terméhez érhető el.
Teltházas előadásra, ha már nem tudok foglalni, de odamegyek, van-e esélyem jegyet kapni?
30 perccel az előadás előtt át nem vett foglalásokat törölhetjük. Ezek az esetlegesen törölt, így
felszabadult helyek megvásárolhatóak az adott mozi pénztárainál.
Lehetséges online jegyet vásárolni? Ha igen, hol?
Jó helyen jársz! Itt weboldalunkon a filmet és az előadást kiválasztva a „Jegyet vásárolni” opcióval tudsz
online jegyet vásárolni. A Simple applikáción keresztül is beszerezheted elektronikus mozijegyedet. Online jegyvásárlás esetén a fizetés előtt javasolt ellenőrizni, hogy melyik mozinkba, melyik napra, mikorra, melyik előadásra és milyen típusú jegyet vásárolsz. Az online vásárlás után pedig érdemes megnézni a visszaigazoló e-mailt és a csatolmányokat. Ha bármilyen gond lenne az e-maillel, nyugodtan hívj minket a +36 80 800 800 ingyenesen hívható számunkon vagy külföldről +36 1 999 6161 számon. Az egyéb, nem a mozitól vagy Simple applikáción keresztül vásárolt jegyekért nem tudunk felelősséget vállalni.
Milyen előnyökkel jár az online jegyvásárlás?
Megéri online jegyet vásárolni, hiszen ezzel megspórolod a sorban állási időt. Amennyiben
kedvezményes jegyet vásárolsz, kérjük hozd magaddal a kedvezményre jogosító igazolványokat, mert
Mozijegyed csak azzal együtt érvényes, és jogosít fel a belépésre. Online mozijegyet a
weboldalunkon illetve a Simple applikáció segítségével is vásárolhatsz.
Lehetséges a telefon egyenleget megterhelve mozijegyet vásárolni?
Mozijegy vásárlására a helyszínen a pénztárnál vagy online bankkártyás úton vagy a Simple
alkalmazáson keresztül van lehetőség, telefon egyenleget nem tudunk megterhelni vásárláskor.
Meddig tudok jegyet venni az előadásra?
15 perccel a film kezdete utánig lehetséges. Kérjük, törekedj a pontos érkezésre, mert a késve
érkezők zavarhatják a teremben ülők szórakozását!
Miért nem lehetséges jegyet venni 1 órával a film kezdete után?
Azért, mert a késve érkezők zavarhatják a teremben ülők szórakozását.
Milyen igazolványokkal lehet kedvezményes jegyet vásárolni?
A kedvezményre jogosító igazolványokról bővebb információt a Házirendben találsz. Kedvezményes jegyet csak az igazolvány bemutatásával tudunk biztosítani. Egy igazolvánnyal csak egy kedvezményes jegy vásárolható és utólagos bemutatás esetén a már megvásárolt jegyet kedvezményesre nem tudjuk módosítani.
Mennyibe kerül a mozijegy?
A jegyárakról személyesen a pénztárnál, telefonon a +36 80 800 800 ingyenesen hívható számunkon keresztül vagy honlapunkon, a választott mozi oldalán tudsz tájékozódni.

1. Movie schedule
When will be next week’s schedule available?
On Wednesday the latest, it is available one day before the new schedule. Next week’s schedule (Thursday-Wednesday) is uploaded between Monday and Tuesday at midnight. It may vary in case of certain movies.
How long is a movie shown and when is it taken off the schedule?
It cannot be known in advance as it depends on many factors. (viewership, interest, distributor, new movie
offers)
2. Ticket booking, ticket purchase
When can I book tickets?
The new movie schedule is updated on Tuesday at midnight. You can purchase and book tickets
after that. It may vary in case of certain movies. You can find the current weekly movie schedule on our website.
Is booking free? Is the call at a premium rate?
We do not charge additional fees for booking and you can call us toll free on the +36 80 800 800 number.
I tried to book a discounted ticket on the website, but it did not let me do that. Why?
In case of booking we always book the number of seats and tickets thus every ticket is at the full price.
The discount shall be applied receipt at the cashier’s desk upon showing the proper identification.
Why do I have to give my phone number when booking?
Providing a number is optional. In case of booking by phone or on the internet, we ask for a phone number
so that we can notify you in case there is a change in the schedule.
Can someone else take over my ticket?
Yes, if they know the booking name or ID, or if they have the
discount ID.
Are there any consequences of me not taking over my booked ticket?
No, there is no consequence. 30 minutes before the start of the movie the booked seats are freed up.
If I book a ticket, when can I take the tickets at the earliest?
After the booking you can take them until half an hour before the movie starts. It is
possible every morning 15 minutes before the first screening, when the cashiers open.
The VIP booking (Cinema City Aréna) is the exception to this rule, which you can
only book by calling the +36 80 800 800 toll free number, and you can take it an hour before the beginning of the screening.
Is it possible to hold my reservation even if I do not get there 30 minutes before the beginning of the movie?
We can reserve the takeover of the previously booked tickets until 30 minutes before the beginning of the screening,
60 minutes in case of VIP tickets (Cinema City Aréna, Budapest). The booked tickets for the first show
according to the opening hours, can be taken over 15 minutes before the screening.
We take no responsibility for the tickets that were not taken over in time.
Is there a separate cashier, where I can take over my booked ticket?
You must wait in line, there is no shortcut. There is a separate cashier only for the Cinema City Aréna
Szerencsejáték Zrt. VIP room.
In case of sold-out screenings do I have a chance to get a ticket if I go there?
We delete the bookings that were not taken over 30 minutes before the show. These freed
Seats can be purchased at the cashier’s desk of the given cinema.
It is possible to buy tickets online? If yes, where?

What are the advantages of the online ticket purchase?

You can find detailed information about the discount tickets in the Policy. We can only provide discount tickets if you can show the identification. You can only buy on discount ticket with one identification and if you do not show it in time, the ticket cannot be modified to be a discount one.

Is it possible to use a Kapcsolat Card in case of online purchase?
No, this discount can only be used at the scene purchasing in person, on weekdays, for maximum 2

Can you give back change in case of vouchers?
No, we cannot give back from the value of these payments instruments.
What online payment methods are available?
