Advertiser and IAAI hereby agree that, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Airport Advertising Agreement to which this Rider is attached between Advertiser and IAAI for display advertising at the ENTER FULL NAME OF AIRPORT (“Agreement”), the following shall apply:

Tension Fabric Displays (“TFD”) have very specific graphics material tolerances. All graphics for TFDs may only be produced by graphics production houses listed on IAAI’s Specification Sheet.
Advertiser remains responsible for all display space payments beginning on the Commencement Date of the Agreement regardless of graphic completion.

To ensure the continuation of a display advertising program that is always bright and sharp, and provides maximum advertising value to all clients, Advertiser will be required to produce a replacement display graphic every Agreement year for each TFD location under this Agreement as part of this Agreement or at the discretion of IAAI will endeavor to provide reminder notices about graphics replacement; however, if a display graphic is not timely replaced and becomes worn or faded, or a file is not provided, then IAAIwill have the right to remove Advertiser’s graphic until a suitable replacement is provided by Advertiser, and Advertiser will remain responsible for all advertising fees and charges due under the Agreement.

IAAI assumes no responsibility for providers listed on IAAI’s Specification Sheet.

This Rider shall be attached to the Agreement and made a part thereof. By signing below, Advertiser andIAAI agree to the terms of this Rider.

the speed at which the yield on U.S. Treasury and German Treasury notes have increased in

that the cost of money, wage inflation, and economic growth are moving higher and faster for the
first time since 2009. The long era of low bond yields, which have driven equity valuations to
lofty levels, may now be ending. The biggest surprise is why it has taken so long for a valuation
correction. Re-pricing of the equity and credit markets is a healthy occurrence, shaking up
investor over-exuberance and letting the bears awaken from their eight-year slumber. The high
yield bond new issuance was strong in both the U.S. and Europe. While leveraged loan was light
compared to the feverish pace seen over the last two calendar years. After several years of
making easy money in a low volatility environment, investors will have many new factors to
contemplate in their allocation and investment decisions. The markets may be entering a
transition phase from a stagnant economy, low interest rates, and benign inflation to greater

Trans del Mar, Inc., a small-business, minority-owned and female-owned virtual freelance translation company, was founded in 2014 by myself, Maria-del-Mar Myatt Wikkeling, a freelance linguist working out of New York City certified through ATA and ALTA Language Services. The continuous growth in my work at a contract linguist, in addition to exposure to many residents and businesses alike in New York City unable to find effective language services for an affordable cost, inspired my to branch on my own by creating a contract translation and localization company, Trans del Mar, Incorporated (TDM, Inc).
