Nachfolgendes Kapitel beschreibt, welche Ziele mit der Einführung des Bezahlverfahrens verfolgt werden, in welchem Kontext dies zu betrachten ist sowie die Prämissen, die bei der Einführung des Produktes einzuhalten sind. Ebenfalls werden Hinweise zu möglichen Ausbaustufen des Produktes sowie rechtliche und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen geliefert. Eine genaue detaillierte Charakteristik des Produktes über den nachfolgend skizzierten Rahmen hinaus ist dem eigenständigen Dokument „BV-Produktbeschreibung“ zu entnehmen.
1.1 Ziel der Produkt-/Verfahrenseinführung
Ziel der Einführung von BV ist die Etablierung eines Bezahlverfahrens, das in allen Anwendungsbereichen (Online Payment, Mobile Payment) eine einfache und sichere Zahlungsabwicklung mit einheitlicher User Experience bietet. Somit soll die strategische Positionierung der Banken im Rahmen des schnellwachsenden E-Commerce gesichert werden und eine Partizipation an diesem stark wachsenden Markt sichergestellt werden.Dabei liegt der Fokus sowohl auf der Gewährleistung einer Nutzerfreundlichkeit, die mit bereits etablierten E-Commerce-Verfahren vergleichbar ist, als auch auf der Gewährleistung der nahtlosen Integrationsfähigkeit mit zusätzlichen Produkten und Services. Unter „Mobile Payment“ werden dabei sämtliche mobile (über ein Smartphone) ausgeführte Zahlungen subsummiert, wohingegen „Online Payment“ den über einen PC durchgeführten E-Commerce bezeichnet.
1.2 Produktkontext
BV setzt auf bestehenden ZV-Lösungen und dessen Infrastrukturen auf und erweitert diese um digitale Services. Das BV ist für alle Anwendungsbereiche (Online Payment, Mobile Payment) konzipiert. Der Marktstart erfolgt im Anwendungsbereich Online Payment (E-Commerce). Der vorgesehene Ausbau auf den Bereich Mobile Payment ist in der Produktkonzeption berücksichtigt. Zentraler Ausgangs- und Ankerpunkt für die Abwicklung von Zahlungen sind die Giro- und Geschäftskonten der das Verfahren nutzenden Käufer und Händler bei den an BV teilnehmenden Kreditinstituten. Bei Marktstart ist der Kreis der teilnehmenden Kreditinstitute auf Institute mit Sitz in Deutschland zunächst beschränkt.
Die von BV bereitgestellten Kernfunktionalitäten leiten sich maßgeblich aus der Zahlungsabwicklung einer konventionellen Kaufhandlung (im Folgenden auch „Grundgeschäft” genannt) unter Berücksichtigung der Besonderheiten des jeweiligen Anwendungsbereiches (online, mobile) ab.

1.1 Objective of introducing the product/system
The objective of introducing the payment system is to establish a standard payment system that offers a simple and secure payment process with a uniform user experience in all fields of application (online payment, mobile payment). Thus, the strategic positioning of banks in the context of rapidly growing E-Commerce should be secured and participation in this rapidly growing market is ensured. Here, the focus is on guaranteeing user-friendliness that is comparable with the already established E-Commerce system as well as guaranteeing seamless ability of integration with additional products and services. “Mobile Payment” includes all payments made on the move (via a smartphone) and “Online Payment” refers to E-Commerce done using a PC.
1.2 Product context
The payment system is based on existing payment solutions and its infrastructure, and extends it to digital services. The payment system is designed for all fields of application (online payment, mobile payment). The market launch includes only online payment (E-commerce). The intended extension to the field of mobile payment is planned in the product design phase. Central starting and anchor point for processing payments are current accounts and business accounts of the customers and dealers, using the system, of the credit institutions included in the payment system. At the time of the market launch, the group of participating credit institutions is initially restricted only to institutions with headquarters in Germany.
The core functionalities provided by the payment system are derived mainly from the payment process of a conventional purchase transaction (hereinafter also referred to as “underlying transaction”) by considering the peculiarities of the respective field of application (online, mobile).

Werden am Ende des Prozesses zur Produktion von Halbfertigwaren oder während der Produktion zu Fertigwaren gezogen und gelangen unangetastet in ein Lager für Rückstellmuster. Sie dienen zur Wiederanalyse im Falle von Reklamationen (z.B. durch Kunden Reklamationen). Die Lagerzeiten im Rückstellmusterlager betragen 6 Jahre (längstes MHD der Produkte +1 Jahr)
Muster für Dichtigkeitsprüfung
Betrifft Sinex Soother, Pump und First Defence: Es werden am Anfang und Ende des Packingauftrages direkt nach dem Füller je Füllerkopf ein Muster gezogen (insgesamt 4). Die Flaschen werden in einem mit Materialnummer, Chargennummer und Produktbezeichnung, Datum und Unterschrift beschriftetem Musterbeutel an das Labor zur Dichtigkeitsprüfung übergeben.
Muster für Dosiermengenüberprüfung
Betrifft Sinex Soother und Pump; Es werden am Anfang und Ende des Packingauftrages jeweils 45 Fertigpackungen gezogen. Davon sind jeweils 15 vom Anfang und 15 vom Ende dem Labor zur Dosiermengenüberprüfung zu übergeben. Die anderen 30 vom Anfang und 30 vom Ende werden auf einer Palette gesammelt und im HRL eingelagert.
QC-Muster
Werden am Ende des Prozesses zur Produktion von Halbfertigwaren oder während der Produktion zu Fertigwaren gezogen, um die chemische Zusammensetzung von Halb- bzw. Fertigwaren im QC-Labor zu bestätigen.

Samples for dosage test
Relevant to Sinex Soother and Pump: 45 finished packages are taken at the start and at the end of the packing assignment each. Out of that, 15 from the start and 15 from the end must be sent to the laboratory for the dosage test. The remaining 30 from the start and 30 from the end are put in one pallet and stored in a high rack warehouse.
QC samples
Are taken at the end of the process for production of semi-finished goods or during the production of finished goods in order to verify the chemical composition of semi-finished or finished goods in the QC laboratory.
