The regional outlook remains solid
In general, the economic outlook for the GCC region appears very benign by global standards. Although the positive momentum of recent years seems to be stalling in the oil sector, other areas of the economy continue to perform strongly with especially private sector activity gathering momentum. The GCC economies continued to perform strongly throughout 2012 even though the pace of growth generally edged down somewhat in the course of the year. The slowdown has been particularly notable in the case of Qatar, albeit purely as a result of the completion of the country’s ambitious natural gas investments and the expected absence of new near-term activity in this area. The IMF projected GDP growth of 5.5% for the GCC region as a whole in 2012. This is expected to decelerate somewhat to 3.7% in 2013. The IIF estimated regional GDP growth of 5.3% in 2012 followed by 3.8% in 2013.

,يبقى الوضع الإقتصادي للمنطقة الخليجية بشكل عام سليما بحسب المعايير الدولية. و على الرغم من الإستمرارية الإيجابية في السنوات الأخيرة يبدوا أن القطاع النفط في حركة تباطيئة. في حين أن المجالات الإقتصادية الأخرى في حركة قوية خصوصا قي الدوائر الخاصة. تواصل الإقتصاد الخليجي في نشاطاتها قي عام 2012 بالرغم من الركود الإقتصادي التي واجهته طوال السنة. فإن الركود بدى واضحا خصوصا في الحالة التي واجهت دولة قطر نتيجة إستكمال إستثماراتها المطموحة في مجال النفط و الغياب المتوقع في نشاطها في الفصل السنوي الجديد. توقع صندوق النقد الدولي بأن الناتج المحلي الاجمالي هو 5.5% للمنطقة في عام 2012. وهذا يتوقع أن ينحدر إلى أن يصل 3.7% إ إلى حَدٍّ ما في السنة 2013. يقدر المعهد التمويل الدولي بأن الناتج المحلي الاجمالي قد وصل 5.3% في السنة 2012 الذي تلاه 3.8% في السنة 2013.

1) اتفق الطرفان على أن يعمل الطرف الثاني لمدة ثلاثة أشهر تحت الاختبار.
2) ينتهي العقد بانتهاء مدته، ما لم يتم تجديده باتفاق الطرفين لمدة أخرى بنفس الشروط والأحكام.
3) تكون ساعات العمل 8 ساعات يوميًا، ولا تزيد عن 48 ساعة أسبوعيًا، وتحدد ساعات العمل الإضافي وفقًا لقانون العمل في القطاع الأهلي.
4) يلتزم الطرف الأول بمنح الطرف الثاني إجازة سنوية مدفوعة لا تقل عن 30 يومًا.
5) يجوز للطرف الأول أن ينهي خدمات الطرف الثاني دون إنذار مسبق في أي من الحالات المنصوص عليها في المادة 113 من قانون العمل في القطاع الأهلي.
6) يؤمن الطرف الأول للطرف الثاني السكن والمواصلات، أو يدفع للطرف الثاني بدل سكن وبدل مواصلات بما يتناسب مع طبيعة عمل الطرف الثاني.
7) يمنح الطرف الأول للطرف الثاني (إذا كان عاملاً أجنبيًا) تذكرة سفر كل سنتين ذهابًا وإيابًا إلى بلد الاستقدام.

Translation - English Employment contract
1.Two parties have decided that the first party shall work for three months probation period.
2.The contract shall be terminated upon its due date. In the event of non renewal of the agreement, two parties shall agree for another period with the same terms and conditions.
3.The working hours shall be 8 hours per day. Shall not exceed 48 hours in a week. The overtime hours shall be determine in accordance with the labor law in domestic sector.
4.The first party shall undertake granting additional yearly paid vacation which not exceeds 30 days.
5.The first party shall terminate the services for the second party without any earlier probation in any cases of which mentioned in the article no 113 of the labor law in domestic sector.
6.The first party shall secure the accommodation and transportation services for the second party. He shall pay accommodation and transport allowances which suite the nature of the work of the second party.
7.The first party shall provide a two-way annual ticket (In case of foreigner) after every two years to his/her native country.
