My name is Katarzyna. I am Polish and I live in Spain where I found my second home. I am passionate about languages and everything that is connected to it - especially Translations. I used to work as a Medical Interpreter for the NHS (in Hospitals, GP surgeries, Mental Health Institutes) and I also liaised with Social Work representatives) in England for more than 3 years.
I had an opportunity to translate a book entitled "Moonology" by Yasmin Boland.
I hold a MA in Translation Studies of the University of Portsmouth, UK and I have just been admitted to the Higher Instiute of Psychological Studies (ISEP) based in Madrid where I will be studying my second MA – this time in Neuro-Education and Capacity Optimisation (Neuroscience).
The translated documents included, among

and cervical cancers, Baredt-Biedl syndrome, videofluoroscopy examination
results, tissue typing, Oculo-Auricular-Fronto-Nasal Syndrome; leaflets about
eye diseases such as glaucoma, information leaflets about septicaemia, heart
conditions, polysomnography, tracheostomy care, aortic abdominal aneurysm,
phenylketonuria, hospices for children; blood test results, diagnoses of autism
spectrum; description of exercises from the physiotherapy department and Speech
and Language Therapy Team; advice about sleep hygiene; forms and correspondence
between patients and medical professionals, MRI reports.

assessments, certified translations, Probation Office correspondence (final
warnings, appointment letters), Police investigation documents, witnesses’
statements
