Σε περίπτωση ασθένειας ή ατυχήματος πρέπει να ειδοποιήσετε την ασφαλιστική σας εταιρεία μέσα σε 8 ημέρες εκτός και αν προβλέπεται από τη σύμβαση μεγαλύτερο χρονικό διάστημα. Εάν καθυστερήσετε δεν χάνετε το δικαίωμα αποζημίωσης και η καταβολή από την ασφαλιστική εταιρεία πρέπει να γίνει δίχως καθυστέρηση.
Οι εξαιρέσεις από κάλυψη αποζημίωσης, θα πρέπει να αναφέρονται ρητά και με ευκρίνεια στην αρχική σελίδα του ασφαλιστηρίου συμβολαίου σας.
Από το νόμο, δεν σας παρέχεται ασφαλιστική κάλυψη, όταν το γεγονός προέρχεται από:
• πολεμικά γεγονότα
• εμφύλιο πόλεμο
• λαϊκές ταραχές ή στάση
Επιπλέον, δεν αποζημιώνεστε όταν διαπιστωθεί ότι:

Αν έχει συμφωνηθεί σιωπηρή παράταση μετά τη λήξη του συμβολαίου αυτή μπορεί να ισχύσει το πολύ για 1 έτος.
Οι περιπτώσεις που ο νόμος προβλέπει καταγγελία της ασφαλιστικής σας σύμβασης, είναι:
• Όταν ο ασφαλιστής σας διαπιστώσει ότι δεν έλαβε γνώση για κρίσιμα στοιχεία σας που αφορούν στην εκτίμηση του ασφαλιστικού κινδύνου.
Τότε έχει δικαίωμα να καταγγείλει την σύμβαση ή να ζητήσει την τροποποίησή της μέσα σε 1 μήνα από όταν έλαβε γνώση.
Σε περίπτωση που ο ασφαλιστής ζητήσει τροποποίηση της σύμβασης και εσείς δεν το αποδεχτείτε μέσα σε 1 μήνα, τότε η τροποποίηση ισοδυναμεί με καταγγελία.
• Η ασφαλιστική εταιρεία δικαιούται να καταγγείλει τη μεταξύ σας σύμβαση, όταν καθυστερείτε την καταβολή του ασφαλίστρου, αφού πρώτα σας ενημερώσει γραπτώς (αποδεδειγμένα) για να εξοφλήσετε το ποσό που οφείλετε μέσα σε 1 μήνα.
• Στις συμβάσεις αορίστου χρόνου (διαρκής ασφάλιση) μπορεί να γίνει καταγγελία και από τα 2 μέρη, στο τέλος κάθε ασφαλιστικής περιόδου. Η προθεσμία άσκησης του δικαιώματος είναι από 1 έως 3 μήνες.

Your health insurance contract is terminated by:

The law proposes termination of an insurance contract when:
• The insurer realizes that important information regarding insurance risk assessment has been reserved. Then, he has the right to terminate the contract or to request for its amendment within 1 month since the incident. If the insurer request for amendment of the contract and you fail to accept it within 1 month, then the amendment implies denunciation.
• The insurance company is entitled to terminate the contract, when you delay to pay the premium, after you have been given a written notice (proven) to pay your debt within 1 month.
• Contracts of indefinite duration (permanent contracts) can be terminated by both contracting parties at the end of the insurance period. The term of exercising the right is 1 to 3 months.
Additional reasons for terminating the contract can be applied if they are provided by the insurance contract.

ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗ:
Η εξέταση περιελάμβανε TSE εγκάρσιες Τ1 εικόνες, εγκάρσιες TSE πυκνότητας πρωτονίων καθώς και εγκάρσιες και στεφανιαίες Τ2 βαρύτητας. Ελήφθησαν Flair, Hemo και DW ακολουθίες. Μετά την ενδοφλέβιο έγχυση παραμαγνητικής ουσίας ελήφθησαν Τ1 W ακολουθίες. Ελήφθησαν τομές σε τρία επίπεδα.
ΕΥΡΗΜΑΤΑ:
Αναδεικνύονται στο εγκεφαλικό παρέγχυμα μερικές εστίες παθολογικής έντασης σήματος (κυρίως υψηλής έντασης σήματος σε Τ1 W με ανομοιογενή ένταση σήματος σε Τ2 W, χαμηλής έντασης σήματος σε Τ2 W* ακολουθία με σχετικά ελαφρά πρόσληψη της παραμαγνητικής ουσίας) στα πλαίσια γνωστών δευτεροπαθών εντοπίσεων από την γνωστή νόσο του εξεταζόμενου (μελάνωμα).
Οι δυο αξιολογότερες αναδεικνύονται ισοϋψώς του τριγώνου της αριστερής πλάγιας κοιλίας μέγιστης διαμέτρου 3,8 εκ. και στη περιοχή του σύστοιχου οπτικού θαλάμου μέγιστης διαμέτρου περίπου 3,5 εκ.
Οι εν λόγω εστίες παρουσιάζουν το αξιολογότερο περιεστιακό οίδημα, προκαλούνται αξιόλογα πειστικά φαινόμενα επί της αριστερής πλάγιας κοιλίας και ελαφρά παρεκτόπιση των στοιχείων της μέσης γραμμής προς το αντίθετο πλάγιο.
Μικρής οζώδης αλλοίωση διαμέτρου της τάξεως του εκατοστού ιδίου χαρακτήρα, φαίνεται να συνυπάρχει σε ενδοκοιλιακή θέση στο άνω τμήμα του σώματος της δεξιάς πλάγιας κοιλίας.
Ο περιφερικός υπαραχνοειδής χώρος ελέγχεται εντός του φυσιολογικού.
Δε παρατηρείται εικόνα υπο ή επισκληρίδιας συλλογής. Χωρίς σαφή παθολογικά ευρήματα από τον έλεγχο των γεφυροπαρεγκεφαλιδικών γωνιών και του υπερεφιππιακού χώρου. Ελάχιστα παχυβλεννογονιτιδικά στοιχεία στις ηθμοειδείς κυψέλες. Συνεκτίμηση με λοιπά κλινικεργαστηριακά ευρήματα.

TECHNIQUE:
The test includes TSE transversed T1 images, transverse proton density TSE images as well as transverse and coronal T2 weighted images. Flair,Hemo and DW MRI sequences were received. After intravenous injenction of paramagnetic substance, T1 W sequences were received. Sections were obtained at three levels.
FINDINGS:
In the cerebral parenchyma are found a few foci of abnormal signal intensity (mostly of increased T1 W signal intensity with heterogeneous signal intensity of T2 W, low signal intensity of T2 W* sequence with relatively minor absorption of paramagnetic substance) of known secondary sites from the common disease of the patient (melanoma). The two most remarkable foci are found at the equilateral triangle of the left lateral ventricle, of maximum diameter 3.8 cm, and at the area of the ipsilateral optic thalamus, of maximum diameter 3.5 cm. The most remarkable perifocal edema is found in these foci, where similar significant phenomena occur at the left lateral ventricle and partial dislocation of the parts of the average line to the opposite side. A slight nodular lesion with diameter of about 1 cm of the same kind seems to be located in the abdomen area in the upper part of the body of the right lateral ventricle. The peripheral subarachnoid space is managed properly. There is no sign of subdural or epidural effusion. No clear pathological findings from the cerebellopontine angle and suprasellar region control. A few number of mucosal thickening in the ethmoidal cells. To be evaluated with simultaneous consideration of other clinical and laboratory findings.
