Предисловие
Цели, основные принципы и основной порядок проведения работ по межгосударственной стандартизации установлены ГОСТ 1.0—92 «Межгосударственная система стандартизации. Основные положения» и ГОСТ 1.2—2009 «Межгосударственная система стандартизации. Стандарты межгосударственные, правила и рекомендации по межгосударственной стандартизации. Правила разработки, принятия, применения, обновления и отмены»
5.2 Требования к изготовлению деталей
5.2.1 Предельные отклонения размеров деталей и массы отливок, а также припуски на механическую обработку должны соответствовать ГОСТ 26645*.
5.2.2 Местные (не более 15 % площади) увеличения толщины необрабатываемых стенок и ребер должны быть не более 25 % наибольшей толщины, допускаемой по ГОСТ 26645*.
5.2.3 Для всех деталей автосцепного устройства допуск плоскостности поверхностей деталей должен быть не более 2 мм.
5.2.4 Поперечное смещение в плоскости разъема литейной формы корпуса автосцепки и тягового хомута не должно быть более 2 мм. Торец хвостовика корпуса автосцепки не должен иметь уступа от продольного смещения в разъеме. Допуск перпендикулярности торцевой поверхности хвостовика автосцепки относительно горизонтальных стенок хвостовика должен быть не более 1,5 мм. Острые кромки, заусенцы должны быть скруглены и зачищены.

5.2.5 Допускается правка деталей второй группы в нагретом состоянии до температуры 650 °С. Правка замка автосцепки после термической обработки разрешается с подогревом до температуры, не превышающей температуру отпуска.
5.2.6 Корпус автосцепки и тяговый хомут не должны иметь поверхностных литейных дефектов. Для этого в процессе изготовления они должны быть проверены методами неразрушающего контроля в зонах, указанных на рисунках 1 (а), (б) и 2 (а), (б).

Purpose, main principles and general procedure of works of interstate standardization are set forth in GOST 1.0 — 92 “Interstate standardization system. General provisions” and GOST 1.2—2009 “Interstate standardization system. Interstate standards, rules and recommendations for interstate standardization. Rules of development, adoption, application, updating and cancelation”
5.2 Requirements regarding production of parts
5.2.1 Maximum deviations in part sizes and pouring weights and machine-finish allowances shall comply with the GOST 26645* Standard.
5.2.2 Local (less than 15 per cent of area) thickening of unprocessed walls and ribs shall not exceed 25 per cent of the maximum thickness allowed by the GOST 26645* Standard.
5.2.3 For all auto-coupling unit parts flatness tolerances of part surfaces shall not exceed 2 mm.
5.2.4 Lateral displacement in the plane of mould opening of the auto-coupler and the coupler key shall not exceed 2 mm. Shank butt of the auto-coupler body shall not have projections resulting from longitudinal displacement. Perpendicularity tolerance of the auto-coupler shank butt in relation to horizontal shank walls shall not exceed 1.5 mm. Sharp edges and burrs shall be rounded off and smoothed out.

5.2.5 Correction is allowed for 2nd group parts in the heated condition at 650 °C. Correction of the auto-coupler lock after heat treatment with heating up to the temperature not exceeding the drawing temperature.
5.2.6 Auto-coupler body and the coupling key shall not have surface casting defects. For this purpose in course of their production they shall undergo non-destructive testing of zones as specified in Figures 1(a), (b) and 2(a), (b).
