Eve Cardero is a purpose-driven, investment professional specializing in Real Estate Development; she previously utilized her skills within Commercial & Residential Leasing, Private Equity, Asset & Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, and Dispositions. She is the Director of the Acquisitions Team at IMPACT Equities. At IMPACT, Ms. Cardero specializes in deal origination, re-positioning assets, and underwriting real estate assets. She is an integral part of the firm's operations - leading market strategies and harmonizing processes and operations during acquisitions and developments to maximize efforts among personnel and staff.

As a native New Yorker, she holds special insight into the trends that move the city that never sleeps. However, Ms. Cardero's experience in real estate spans two continents as she initially began her career transacting residential sales in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. After leaving Brazil, she executed office park sales in Latin America as Transaction Manager in Global Portfolio Management for Cushman and Wakefield, conducted commercial leasing in New York City, and served as Manager of Acquisitions for Refuge Real Estate in Houston, Texas.

Ms. Cardero holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of San Francisco. She also studied at the Pontifica Universidade Catolica in Brazil. She is currently pursuing a Real Estate Investment Certificate at NYU's Schack Institute. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
