I am an American from Seattle who has lived and worked in Brazil for 10 years. My career began in international finance as a Director of Lending Operations for a U.S. Based Lender with Borrowers in Brazil. Acting as an analyst of thousands of companies in a variety of sectors in Brazil has provided myself with extensive knowledge regarding the language and terminology of the like. For the last 10 years I have been working as a translator, interpreter and consultant for U.S. companies entering and expanding in the Brazilian Market.

I truly enjoy translating, as I find the opportunity to utilize and expand in depth knowledge of a particular subject intriguing. Most recently, my work load has consisted mostly of the translation of scientific papers written by Brazilian Authors destined to be published in American Scientific Journals. In addition I have been translating a large volume documents in the Financial, Legal, FCPA, HR, Medical and Marketing fields.
