Hello everyone, my official name is Paweena K Kilby, but if you'd like to call me or contact me by this fruity name you can also call me Apple. I hold a bachelor degree of arts in English, and minor in french. I might not be able to translate french now(I am working on it, hopefully in a near future), but I can gurantee that I know Thai and English and have some experiences in my target languages. I am doing what I am good at, and what I have loved to do which is translation service. My work goal is to deliver an accurate translation, affordable price, and of course what makes customers happy I'd choose to do so. I own CAT tool license which is SDL trados studios 2009. I did attend a translation training course (SDL Trados Studio 2009 Getting Started for Translators )

In my previous jobs, briefly I had worked as an interpretor for a USMC during the cobra gold joint operation in 2005, and 2008. I did conversational translation from eng-thai-eng for a logistic unit. I had at least 1 year experience in clerical or office work, as I was an English call center for 3 months at www.dtac.co.th, and a data uploader/a translator for QuinL Thailand Company, so I am able to answer phone calls, general inquiries, make changes as requested by customers, or coordinate with other department, in both thai and english and most importantly I have the ability to do document translation, and do the research on vocabularies since QuinL is an Ecommerce website www.Quinl.com. The fields of translation I am familiar with are medical health care, beauty products, legal documents, history, engineering/mechanic, computers/IT, insurance, furnitures/home supplies, fashion accessories, chemicals, apparel products, travel and tourism.

I had done simultaneous and consecutive interpretation while I was working for us marine officers (a logistic department) for over 7 months. I love the linguistic job, it's fun, and very challenging.
