Application form
Here we collect information about you, your degree, any previous work or leadership experience and your motivation for joining us.
This form takes around 45 minutes complete online.
Online test
This 40-minute timed-test is available for completion immediately after the application form has been submitted.
You have up to 2 weeks to take this test, depending on your country.
Tests are deemed complete after the allocated time has passed.
Interview
xxx recruiter will call and interview you about your leadership skills and experience.
This will require you to tell us about specific instances where you have displayed leadership behaviours.
The interview lasts around an hour and can also be done in person in some countries.
Assessment day
You will be invited to spend a day with us at a local office.
You’ll be assessed in a group with other graduates and asked to discuss and solve business problems using case studies, group exercises and short presentations.
This is the last round of the process and successful candidates usually receive an offer to join the programme 1-2 weeks later.

Source text - English Polish consumers love to snack. According to X’s consumer research, respectively 52% and 50% of Polish consumers claim that they typically eat crisps, nuts and salty snacks as an evening snack and as an afternoon snack.
Over-consumption of such snacks though is contributing to a growing obesity problem in Poland. According to OECD research, in 2011 the rate of obesity reached 16% of the population. Moreover, a UNICEF report states that Polish children are getting obese at the fastest rate in Europe.
With many people equating snack food with junk food, there is a growing opportunity for healthy snacks, or portable versions of healthy foods. Snacking has been shown to help reduce dietary intake and in fact aid weight loss, when it is done properly, as it can help maintain energy levels and reduce the amount of food eaten at subsequent meals, leading to an overall reduction in food and calorie consumption. Snack consumption can also help to meet daily nutritional needs, if snacks are vegetables or fruits and are being consumed in moderate quantities.
Healthy snacks are still somewhat an undeveloped segment in Poland. However, together with a growing consumer understanding of the benefits of a healthier diet, the number of healthy snacks appearing on shelf in Poland is growing slowly.

Nadmierna konsumpcja takich przekąsek przyczynia się jednak do rosnącego problemu otyłości w Polsce. Badania OECD wykazały, że w 2011 roku na otyłość cierpiało 16% badanej populacji. Ponadto z raportu UNICEF wynika, że na tle innych krajów europejskich w Polsce w najszybszym tempie przybywa dzieci z nadwagą.
Ze względu na to, że wielu ludzi utożsamia przekąski ze śmieciowym jedzeniem, stwarza się szansa dla zdrowych przekąsek lub innych form zdrowej żywności. Stwierdzono, że podjadanie pomaga zmniejszyć spożywanie jedzenia i w rzeczywistości przyczynia się do utraty masy ciała. Jeśli zachowany jest umiar, przekąski pozwalają utrzymać odpowiedni poziom energii i ograniczyć ilość zjadanego pokarmu podczas kolejnych posiłków, co prowadzi do ogólnego zmniejszenia spożycia żywności i kalorii. Jedzenie przekąsek może również zaspokajać codzienne potrzeby żywieniowe, jeśli formą przekąski stają się warzywa lub owoce spożywane w umiarkowanych ilościach.
Segment zdrowych przekąsek jest nadal niezbyt rozwinięty w Polsce. Jednak wraz z rosnącym zrozumieniem przez konsumentów korzyści płynących ze zdrowszej diety, powoli rośnie liczba zdrowych przekąsek pojawiających się na sklepowych półkach w Polsce.

Source text - English The Insurer shall indemnify an Insured for costs and expenses reasonably incurred with the Insurer’s prior written consent in replacing or restoring any Documents which are under the care, custody and control of an Insured and which during the Policy Period have been destroyed, damaged, lost, distorted, erased or mislaid provided that:
(I). such loss or damage is sustained while the Documents are either: (1) in transit; or (2) in the custody of an Insured or of any person to whom an Insured has entrusted them in the ordinary course of their Professional Services;
(II). the Documents have been the subject of a diligent search by or on behalf of an Insured;
(III). the amount of any Claim for such costs and expenses shall be supported by evidence of expenditure that shall be subject to approval by the Insurer; and
(IV). the Insurer shall not be liable for any costs and expenses arising out of wear, tear and/or gradual deterioration, moth and vermin.
Clause 2.4 will be subject to a sub-limit of liability of £1,000,000 any one claim and in the aggregate per Policy Period and such sub-limit is part of 5.1 Total Aggregate Liability Limit and not in addition to.

1. The Tenant represents that:
a. no bankruptcy was declared, and no reorganization or liquidation proceedings were instituted
against the Tenant;
b. the authority vested in X to independently represent the Tenant for
the conclusion hereof is valid and effective, and has not changed since the issuance of the information attached as Appendix No. 2 hereto, and is in conformity with this information;
c. the conclusion hereof shall not cause any detriment to the Tenant's creditors, and prevent
from satisfying, in full or in part, any third party claim against the Tenant, i.e. shall not be the grounds for raising claims pursuant to Article 59 or Articles 527-534 of the Act of 23 April 1964 — the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code;
d. the Tenant is not in any arrears with payments of taxes or any other public law liabilities,
including in particular contributions for social and health insurance, pension, disability, sickness and accident insurance contributions, contributions for the Labour Fund, the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund and contributions for the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons;
e. the Tenant holds funds necessary for the proper performance hereof, including in particular
for timely payments of the Lease Rent and other charges hereunder;
f. the Tenant accepts the condition of the Building as well as its technical solutions, which he
reviewed before concluding the Agreement;
g. the Tenant accepts the condition of the Premises, which he reviewed before concluding the
Agreement, before performing the Finishing Works.
