I hold a BA degree in translation and literature (University of Brasilia, Brazil) and an MA degree in literary studies in English language (University of Cape Town, South Africa). My work experience goes from administrative and customer service activities at the Postgraduate Department of Sociology, University of Brasília, to a one year experience in teaching Portuguese for foreigners in Quito, Ecuador, while working at the Brazilian-Ecuadorian Culture Institute (IBEC) in association with the Brazilian Embassy. In addition, I have been teaching English and Spanish language and literature to children, teenagers and adults for more than 10 years now. I also have experience in English, Portuguese and Spanish translation, subtitling, editing, proofreading. I have therefore an in-depth knowledge of those languages and I master a high level of French, too.
