Source text - Ukrainian Представництво суб'єкта господарської діяльності не є юридичною особою і не займається самостійно комерційною діяльністю, у всіх випадках воно діє від імені і за дорученням іноземного суб'єкта господарської діяльності, зазначеного у свідоцтві про реєстрацію, і виконує свої функції згідно з чинним законодавством України. Представництво іноземного суб'єкта господарської діяльності в Україні може здійснювати функції, пов'язані з виконанням представницьких послуг тільки в інтересах іноземного суб'єкта господарської діяльності, зазначеного у Свідоцтві.
Представництво іноземної компанії в Україні не має право вести господарську діяльність і створюється з метою контролю за діяльністю ділерів та дистриб”юторів.
Реєстрація іноземного представництва здійснюється Міністерством економіки та з питань європейської інтеграції України. Термін розгляду документів в Міністерстві – не довше 60 робочих днів з моменту сплати державного збору.
Представництво іноземного суб'єкта господарської діяльності зобов'язане протягом місяця з моменту отримання Свідоцтва стати на облік у податковій інспекції, надалі представництво необхідно зареєструвати в пенсійному фонді, фондах соцстраху, центрі зайнятості та управлінні статистики.
Необхідні документи:
- Заяву з проханням про реєстрацію представництва, що складається у довільній формі, в якій необхідно вказати:
- назву фірми;
- країну місцезнаходження фірми;
- адресу фірми;
- номер телефону, факсу;
- місто, в якому відкривається представництво з зазначенням його майбутньої адреси;
- якщо будуть філії - вказати в яких містах;
- кількість іноземних громадян, які будуть працювати у представництві;
- дату заснування фірми;
- юридичний статус фірми;
- кількість співробітників фірми;
- назву банку з зазначенням номера рахунку;
- сферу діяльності фірми;
- ціль відкриття та сферу діяльності представництва,
інформацію про ділові зв'язки з українськими партнерами та перспективи розвитку співробітництва.
- Три нотаріально завірених екземпляри виписки із судового або торговельного реєстру країни-місця знаходження головного органа іноземного підприємства.
- Копії паспортів посадових осіб іноземного представництва: директора й головного бухгалтера.
- Копії їхніх ідентифікаційних кодів
- Довідка з банківської установи, в якій офіційно відкритий рахунок іноземного суб”єкта господарської діяльності
- Доручення керівника іноземного підприємства на виконання представницьких функцій в іншій країні, завірена нотаріально й підписана керівником підприємства. Доручення повинна бути оформлена відповідно до законодавства тої країни, де було зареєстровано дане підприємство.
- Договір про оренду офісу, де буде розміщатися представництво.
- Правовстановлюючий документ від імені особи, що надає офіс в оренду.
- Клопотання від юридичної особи України про відкриття представництву рахунку типу "П".
- Доручення іноземного представництва на співробітників компанії, що займається реєстрацією іноземного представництва.
При прийнятті документів на реєстрацію, заявникові видається номер рахунку для сплати державного збору у розмірі 2.500 дол. США.
Представництво має право тимчасового ввозу на територію України майна та обладнання, необхідного для службового користування. Підприємство, що являється головним, може перераховувати на поточний банківський рахунок представництва грошові засоби для виплати заробітної плати співробітників та оплати поточних витрат.
Translation - English A representative office of a company is not a legal entity and it does not provide independent commercial activity. In all cases it acts on behalf and under the power of attorney of a foreign company that is indicated in the registration certificate and acts according to the valid legislation of Ukraine. A representative office of a foreign company in Ukraine can only execute functions connected with the representation of the interests of a foreign company that is indicated in the registration certificate.
A representative office of a foreign company in Ukraine is not allowed to carry out economic activity and is created in order to control the activity of dealers and distributors.
The registration of the representative office is done by the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine. Terms of documents consideration in the Ministry – not more than 60 days from the moment of state charge payment.
Within one month after a registration certificate obtaining a representative office is to be registered in Tax Administration. After that – in pension fund, social funds, employment centre, statistics fund.
Necessary documents:
an application about a representative office registration in any form where the following information is to be indicated:
- company name;
- company country location;
- company address;
- phone/fax number;
- a city where a representative office will be registered indicating the future address;
- if branches are planned to be opened - indicate the cities;
- the amount of foreign citizens that will be employed in the representative office;
- date when the company was founded;
- legal status of the company;
- the amount of employees in the company;
- name of the bank indicating the account number;
- the company type of activity;
- information about business relations with Ukrainian partners and perspectives for its development.

motion from Ukrainian legal entity to open a “П” type account for the representative office.
a power of attorney from a representative office for the employees of the company which will provide registration procedure of the representative office.
When the documents for registration are accepted the applicant will receive the requisites for state charge payment in the amount 2500 USD.
A representative office can temporarily import on the territory of Ukraine property and equipment necessary for official use. The main company can transfer money on the representative office bank account in order to cover expenses for salary of the employees and other current expenses.

After graduation I started working in Danish company and my main duties and responsibilities covered the following:
