Calling a "30 minutes a day effort" a no-cost solution is a big-time deception. If you work 8 hours a day, then 30 minutes a day takes 6% from your work time, which would otherwise allow you to earn several thousand dollars/euros a year. Alternatively, it takes 30 minutes a day from your free time, from your rest, from your family and friends.
