Anyway, I think Sheila's right. The lawyer may or may not force the client to pay, but will certainly force you to pay, and may just put it in the hands of a debt recovery company anyway, so you may pay twice to get paid yourself.
You could consider "El Cobrador del Frac", who dresses up in white tie and tails etc. and goes to the person's house or office to embarrass them into paying. There's also a Pink Panther version, and maybe some others.
