I am currently writing my M.A. thesis on the value of online reputation for freelance translators. I’d be extremely grateful if you could spare some 15 minutes and complete it. I already have close to a hundred! For those of you who are interested in assessing your online reputation in a slightly more sophisticated way than I do it, I recommend this website:

It basically does a more detailed analysis of your online reputation than in my questionnaire. Have fun!

This is where I find out why I get added on Facebook by what looks like Ku Klux Klan members: there's a woman in Texas with the same name as me!
And what's really weird is that she's friends with a couple who have exactly the same first and last names as a couple I'm friends with, yet my friends live in London and hers in Kentucky.

I tried it, and got absolutely top score on both dimensions. Does this makes me the e-king of anything?
Most amazing is that I never spent one cent on SEO. I built my own web site with WebSiteX5, and uploaded it to a fairly unknown (though paid) host in Brazil, so nobody is doing SEO for me.
BTW, yes, I did respond to your survey.

José, it just means you have a name that is unique and that you have not done anything stupid on the Internet and signed it with your name:) Plus the tool doesn not have absolute knowledge about everybody, it is just a simple instrument that should make one think about their online presence.

I did it, but I don't know how relevant my case may be for your thesis... Unfortunately, the 'famous' Domenico Trimboli is not me, but a well-known Italian criminal.
All of the results on Google (actually, 28 out of 30 in the first 3 pages) are about him, mostly newspaper articles written when he was arrested. As they are not local newspapers, but national ones, I can't see any way for me to get over this obstacle.
