Source text - Czech Záruka/Zákaznická služba
CESKÁ REPUBLIKA
Záruka vyplýající z tĕchto záručních podmínek je poskytována pouze kupujícímu spotřebiteli (dále také jen "Kupující") a jen na výrobek sloužící k bĕžnému používání v domácnosti.
Prodávající poskytuje Kupujícímu spotřebiteli Záruku v trvání dvaceti čtyř mĕsíců, a to od data převzetí prodaného výrobku Kupujícím.
Kupující má v rámci Záruky právo na bezplatné, včasné a řádné odstranĕní vady, popřípadĕ - není-li to vzhledem k povaze (tzn. příčinĕ i projevu) vady neúmĕrné - právo na výmĕnu výrobku. Pokud není takov postup možn, je Kupující oprávnĕn žádat přimĕřenou slevu z ceny výrobku. Právo na výmĕnu výrobku nebo odstoupení od kupní smlouvy lze uplatnit jen při splnĕní všech zákonnch předpokladů, a to pouze tehdy, nebyl-li výrobek nadmĕrnĕ opotřeben nebo poškozen. Podmínkou pro uplatnĕní každého práva ze Záruky přitom je, že:
• výrobek byl instalován a uveden do provozu i vždy provozován v souladu s návodem k obsluze,
• veškerĕ záruční nebo jiné opravy či úpravy výrobku byly vždy provádĕny v Autorizovaném servisním středisku,
• Kupující při reklamaci výrobku předloží platn doklad o koupi.
Právo na odstranĕní vady výrobku (i všechna případná další práva ze Záruky) je kupující povinen uplatnit v nejbližším
Autorizovaném servisním středisku. Zároveò musí Autorizovanému servisnímu středisku umožnit ovĕření existence reklamované vady, včetnĕ odpovídajícího vyzkoušení (popř. demontáže) výrobku, v provozní dobĕ tohoto střediska.
Každé právo ze Záruky je nutno uplatnit v příslušném Autorizovaném servisním středisku bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozdĕji však do konce záruční doby, jinak zaniká.
Autorizované servisní středisko posoudí oprávnĕnost reklamace a podle povahy vady výrobku rozhodne o způsobu opravy. Kupující je povinen poskytnout Autorizovanému servisnímu středisku součinnost potřebnou k prokázání uplatnĕného práva na odstranĕní vady, k ovĕření existence reklamované vady i k záruční opravĕ výrobku.
Bĕh záruční doby se staví po dobu od řádnĕho uplatnĕní práva na odstranĕní vady do provedení záruční opravy Autorizovanm servisním střediskem, avšak jen při splnĕní podmínky uvedené v předchozím bodu.
Po provedení záruční opravy je Autorizované servisní středisko povinno vydat Kupujícímu čitelnou kopii Opravního listu.
Opravní list slouží k prokazování práv Kupujícího, proto ve vlastním zájmu před podpisem Opravního listu zkontrolujte jeho obsah a kopii Opravního listu pečlivĕ uschovejte.
Jestliže nebude reklamovaná vada zjištĕna nebo nejde-li o záruční vadu, za kterou odpovídá Prodávající, či neposkytneli Kupující Autorizovanému servisnímu středisku shora uvedenou součinnost, je Kupující, povinen nahradit Prodávajícímu i Autorizovanému servisnímu středisku veškeré případné náklady, které jim v souvislosti s tím vzniknou.
Záruka výrobku z tĕchto záručních podmínek platí pouze na území České republiky. Nevztahuje se na opotřebení nebo poškození výrobku (včetnĕ poškození způsobeného poruchami v elektrické síti, použitím nevhodnch náplní, nevhodnmi
provozními podmínkami aj.), případn nedostatek jakosti nebo užitné vlastnosti ( kter není závadou) ani na výrobek použit nad rámec bĕžného používáni v domácnosti (např. k podnikatelskm účelům aj.).
Poskytnutím záruky nejsou dotčena práva Kupujícího, která se ke koupi výrobku váží podle kogentních ustanovení zvláštních právních předpisů.
Prodávající je povinen předat Kupujícímu při prodeji výrobku a na požádání Kupujícího poskytnout mu i kdykoli poté aktuální seznam Autorizovanch servisních středisek v České republice, včetnĕ jejich telefonních čísel.

Translation - English Warranty/Customer Service
CZECH REPUBLIC
The Warranty based on the terms and conditions stipulated below shall only be provided to a retail customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”) and only for a product used for normal domestic purposes.
The Seller hereby provides the Buyer with a twenty-four month Warranty, starting from the date of the Buyer’s acceptance of the appliance purchased.
Under the terms of the Warranty, the Buyer shall be entitled to due and timely rectification of faults, free of charge, or to exchange of the appliance, provided this is not disproportionate to the nature of the fault (i.e. cause and manifestation). If rectification or exchange of the appliance is impossible, the Buyer shall be entitled to demand an appropriate reduction in the price of the appliance. The Buyer shall only be entitled to assert the right to exchange of the appliance or the right to withdraw from the purchase contract subject to fulfilment of all the statutory requirements and provided the appliance has not been damaged or subjected to excessive wear and tear. The following conditions shall also apply for assertion of any rights under the terms of the Warranty:
• the appliance must have been installed, brought into operation and used on all occasions in accordance with the instructions;
• any repairs and alterations to the appliance, under warranty or otherwise, must be performed in an Authorised Service Centre;
• the Buyer must produce a valid purchase document when issuing claims with regard to the appliance.
The Buyer must assert the right to rectification of faults in the appliance (and any other rights under the terms of the Warranty) at the nearest Authorised Service Centre. The Buyer must also allow the Authorised Service Centre to verify the existence of the faults claimed, including the required testing (or dismantling) of the product, during the Authorised Service Centre’s working hours.
The Buyer must assert any rights under the terms of the Warranty at the relevant Authorised Service Centre without undue delay and in any case by no later than the end of the warranty term. Otherwise the said rights shall expire.
The Authorised Service Centre shall evaluate the justification of the claim and shall decide on the repair method to be used in accordance with the nature of the fault in the appliance. The Buyer shall provide the Authorised Service Centre with the cooperation required for demonstration of entitlement to rectification of a fault, verification of the existence of a fault claimed and warranty repair of the appliance.
The warranty term shall be suspended for the period from due assertion of the entitlement to rectification of the fault until performance of the warranty repair by the Authorised Service Centre, subject to compliance with the condition specified in the previous item.
Following performance of the warranty repair the Authorised Service Centre shall be obliged to issue the Buyer with a legible copy of the Repair Report.
The Repair Report shall be used for substantiation of the Buyer’s rights. It is therefore in your own interests to check the contents of the Repair Report before signing and to store a copy of the Repair Report in a safe place.
If the fault claimed is not detected, if it is not a fault under warranty for which the Seller is responsible, or if the Buyer does not provide the Authorised Service Centre with the aforesaid cooperation, the Buyer shall be obliged to compensate the Seller and the Authorised Service Centre for any costs incurred in connection therewith.
The Warranty based on these terms and conditions shall only apply within the Czech Republic. It shall not cover wear and tear or damage to the appliance (including damage caused by power cuts, inappropriate items inserted, inappropriate
operating conditions, etc.), or the lack of a quality or feature (provided this does not constitute a defect), nor shall it cover appliances used over and above standard domestic use (e.g. for commercial purposes, etc.).
Provision of the Warranty shall not affect the rights to which the Buyer is entitled, upon purchase of the appliance, under the peremptory provisions of special legal regulations.
The Seller shall be obliged to present the Buyer, upon purchase of the appliance and on request at any subsequent stage, with an up-to-date list of the Authorised Service Centres in the Czech Republic, including their telephone numbers.
