De aanleiding voor het maken van een nieuwe procedure voor regulering van de genoemde ICT weerslag op personele bezetting is meervoudig.
De oude procedures voldeden niet meer aan de eisen van de tijd, met name in de informatievoorziening richting management en klant. Bovendien werden de procedures door inconsistentie en complexiteit niet altijd ICT-breed gedragen.
ICT-systemen moeten verenigd worden met nieuwe regelgeving uit de WIA, waarvoor de UVW ons een kader oplegt waarbinnen wij de gevolgen van steeds sterkere ICT invloed op werknemeraantallen moeten invullen. Op dit moment heeft het ABP 30.000 werknemers, waarvan 10.000 gekort zullen kunnen worden door ICT invoering.
Resultaat
Deze procedure geeft richtlijnen omtrent de werkwijze, taken en verantwoordelijkheden van alle betrokkenen in geval van een ontslag, hetzij gedwongen of d.m.v. een vervroegde uittreding met behoud van opgebouwde levensloopregelingrechten, en zonder ons aan onze BAPO-verplichtingen te ontrekken. Het bevat criteria waaraan voldaan moet worden voordat de procedure kan ingaan.
De bevindingen en verbeterpunten, voortvloeiende uit een droogtest, dienen in een verslag te worden vastgelegd en doorgesproken met de PZ-coördinator. Randvoorwaarde voor een goed verloop van de procedure en het snel oplossen van een incident is dat de procedures en werkinstructies van personeelszaken door alle betrokkenen tijdig en nauwkeurig worden gevolgd.

De reikwijdte van de procedure zoals die in dit document beschreven wordt, betreft:
• ABP ICT processen.
• Incidenten die voldoen aan de criteria die genoemd worden in hoofdstuk 4.

There are criteria in it which should be met before the procedure itself can be implemented.
The findings and points capable of improvement resulting from a walkthrough are to be laid down in a report and discussed with the Co-ordinator Staff Matters. For a good course of the procedure and quick settlement of an incident, it is a precondition that the procedures and working instructions of Staff Matters are followed timely and carefully by all those involved.

I graduated in 2003 at the Maastricht School of Translation and Interpreting (Vertaalacademie), having specialized in technical texts and with French-English-Dutch as language combination. I officially got a Master's degree at the Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in the field of Romance linguistics in 2009. My thesis was about historical linguistics of French.
I became a fulltime freelance translator in 2008. Since then, I have worked mainly with texts in the technical/medical field and in the language pairs French to Dutch, English to Dutch and Dutch to French. I also have done some orders in the combinations Spanish to Dutch and Italian to Dutch and proofread many Dutch texts which had been translated from German. As of September 2010 I am a sworn translator in the following language pairs: Dutch to English, English to Dutch, Dutch to French and French to Dutch.
The rate per source word as indicated above will vary depending on the kind of source text. If the text is very specialistic with a lot of jargon, the rate will be higher per translated word. If the text is really very simple, I also agree with a lower rate per source word than the minimum indicated (i.e. 0,05-0,06 euro).
I only understand very little Polish, though I have a Polish name.
In principle I am always willing to do a test translation.
