Вместе с сумерками они, поначалу словно нехотя, медленно вползают в комнату, прячутся в укромных уголках, дожидаясь полной темноты, а едва голова коснётся подушки, желая целительного сна, тут же атакуют, вознаграждая себя за долгое терпение. И как не уговаривай себя, что пора спать, что всё «пролетело, промчалось, прошло», всё равно целая вереница лиц, характеров, судеб, ситуаций, торопясь, волнуясь, натыкаясь друг на друга, проходят перед тобой. И вдруг остановка, ибо память фиксирует лицо которое, пожалуй, и есть тот желанный объект, собственно и породивший эту цепь воспоминаний. Помнится, где-то прочёл, что «человеческая память не похожа на старую бабку, которая кидает в своё лукошко всё, что ей попадается под руку. Она скорее разборчивый мудрец, который, прежде, чем захватить с собой что-нибудь из своей жизни, долго разглядывает, взвешивает на ладони, думает: брать или не брать?» Не знаю и я, что возьму в дорогу воспоминаний, а что отброшу, начиная этот «армейский роман» о человеке, который вошёл в мою жизнь однажды и навсегда. И уж совсем непонятно, что это будет по жанру: то ли дневниковые записи, или отдельные фрагменты, а может короткие констатации эмоций. And no matter how hard one tries to coax oneself that it is time to sleep, that all had "slipped away, flashed, elapsed", yet the whole vista of faces, characters, nemeses and situations hastening, worrying and bumping into each other passes in front of you. And suddenly stop because memory captures a face which, perhaps, indeed is that desired object which, in fact, procreated this chain of memories. I remember I’ve read somewhere that “Human memory is not like the old granny, who throws all stuff that she comes across into her hanaper. It is rather like a discerning wise man who before bringing along something from his life, examines it for a long time, ponders and thinks: take it or not.” And either I have no idea what I’d take with me on this road of memories and what would fling to the winds, starting this "army novel" about a man who came into my life once and for all. And it’s quite unclear what it will be by genre: whether the diary entries, or separate fragments or maybe a short emotion’s affirmations. I don’t know how it will turn out, because to limit myself here with any boundaries means slaying something genuine and vital, that our memories procreate for us.

Значительные погрешности в определении направления перемещения и угла поворота
устройства, расстояния до объектов, а также GPS координат существенно замедляет развитие
безмаркерной технологии дополненной реальности и вывод на массовый рынок AR приложений.
В большинстве устройств доступны:
акселерометр - дает возможность узнать направление перемещения устройства, но не позволяет
узнать точно пройденное расстояние (особенно если перемещение плавное).
гироскоп - дает возможность достаточно точно контролировать углы поворота устройства, однако,
зачастую обладает ощутимыми погрешностями.
компас - дает возможность, с большой погрешностью, позиционировать устройство относительно
полюсов
GPS - дает возможность позиционировать устройство по GPS координатам. Как блок в составе
мобильного устройства - обладает большими погрешностями.
Следовательно, все средства мобильного устройства, которые должны обеспечивать приложение
дополненной реальности точными координатами и углами, дают серьезные погрешности. Так,
погрешность GPS составляет 10-20 м. При использовании всех дополнительных возможностей
(навигация сотовыми операторами, WiFi-точки и т.д.) GPS погрешность сокращается до 5 м. То есть,
если пользователь находится рядом с реальным объектом, на который наложено дополнительное
виртуальное изображение, на экране его мобильного устройства инсталляция может «прыгать»
в радиусе 5 метров.
AR браслет Piligrim снабжен набором датчиков, работающих в инфракрасном и ультразвуковом
диапазонах, гироскопом и компасом, использует SLAM (метод), собственное программное
обеспечение и технологию WI-FI для синхронизации. Устройство автоматически связывается
с планшетом или смарт очками, и передает точные координаты и углы положения. Все это
позволяет четко совмещать виртуальные 3D изображения с реальной местностью.

That is, if a user is close to the real object additional virtual image is applied to, the installation on his mobile device display may "jitter" in a 5 meter radius.

Source text - English Under the process of digitisation of television signals commenced in Italy in 2001, digitisation was to have been accomplished and transmission in analogue mode to have ceased definitively by December 2006. The deadline for the cessation of analogue transmission was postponed, on two occasions, until 30 November 2012.
By its 2004 Finance Law, Italy granted a public subsidy of €150 to every user of the broadcasting service who purchased or rented equipment for the reception, free-to-air, of television signals transmitted using digital terrestrial technology (T-DVB/C-DVB). The subsidy ceiling was set at €110 million. While the 2005 Finance Law continued that measure within the same spending limit of €110 million, the subsidy for each digital decoder was reduced to €70.
In order to benefit from the subsidy it was necessary to purchase or rent digital terrestrial TV equipment. Consequently, a consumer who chose digital satellite equipment could not receive the subsidy.
The television companies Centro Europa 7 Srl and Sky Italia filed complaints in respect of those subsidies with the Commission. By a decision adopted in 20071, the Commission effectively held that the subsidies in question constituted State aid in favour of digital terrestrial broadcasters offering pay-TV services and cable pay-TV operators. While stating that the transition from analogue to digital television broadcasting was a common interest objective, the Commission held that the subsidy was not proportionate to the pursuit of that objective and gave rise to distortions of competition. The measure was therefore not ‘technologically neutral’, as it did not apply to digital satellite decoders2. For that reason, the Commission ordered recovery of the aid.

Система основана на передаче данных подписанной md5-ключём формы заказа со стороны клиента по зашифрованному соединению на сервер Пейдельта (в виде XML), последующей обработкой транзакции и выдаче XML-ответа на указанный клиентом URL.
Схема прохождения заказа:
Сайт клиента форма обработки заказа → электронная подпись на сервере клиента → отсылка подписанных данных на сервер Paydelta → обработка данных на сервере пейдельта → XML-ответ на сервер клиента с результатами транзакции.

Source text - English Although women can be the abusers and abuse in same-sex relationships is gradually beginning to
be acknowledged, the evidence is that, in the overwhelming number of cases, it is women and girls
who are the victims of abuse by men. For this reason the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence
Against Women (CEDAW) was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1993. It defines violence against women as “any act of gender-based violence that results in, or is likely to result in, physical, sexual, or psychological harm or suffering to women, including threats of such acts, coer-
cion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether occurring in public or private life”. It encompasses, but is not limited to “physical, sexual and psychological violence occurring in the family, including battering, sexual abuse of female children in the household, dowry-related violence, marital rape,
female genital mutilation and other traditional practices harmful to women; non-spousal violence
and violence related to exploitation; physical, sexual and psychological violence occurring within the
general community, including rape, sexual abuse, sexual harassment and intimidation at work, in educational institutions and elsewhere; trafficking in women and forced prostitution; and physical, sexual and psychological violence perpetrated or condoned by the state, wherever it occurs”.

Source text - Ukrainian Загальний розмір одношарових плит складає 800х800х60мм, двошарові плити мають товщину шарів залізобетону (бе-тону та сталефібробетону) по 30мм.
Серія I (ПФ) уявляє собою неармовану плиту зі сталефібробетону. Серія II (ПЗ) уявляє собою одношарову залізобетонну плиту, армовану одиночною арматурою Ø4 Вр-I, укладеного унизу плити із за-хисним шаром бетону товщиною 10мм з кроком 75мм Серія III (ПБФ) уявляє двошарову бетонну плиту, верхній шар якої виготовлений з неармованого важкого бетону, а ніжній – з неармованого сталефібробетону. серія IV (ПЗФ) дослідних зразків представлена плитами, які складаються з верхнього шару неармованого сталефібробетону та шару важкого бетону, армованого сіткою з металевої арматури Ø 4 Вр-I, встановленої з кроком 75 мм.
Бетонування плит проводилось у два етапи. На першому етапі бетонувались плити марки ПЗ і бетонні шари плит ПЗФ і ПБФ. В якості наповнювачей використовувались пісок кварцевий і гранітний щебінь фракції 5-10 мм; вяжучим був портландцемент марки М400; водоцементне відношення складало В/Ц=0,4. Плити марки ПЗ і ПЗФ армували вязаними сітками з дроту класу Вр-I діаметром 4 мм з кроком 75 мм в двох напрямках. Захисний шар бетону – 10 мм. На поверхні бетону робили насічку по свіжому бетону
На другому етапі, через 4 доби, бето-нували плити марки ПФ і добетонували сталефібробетонні шари плит марок ПЗФ і ПБФ.
Сталефібробетон містив стальні фібри діаметром df=1.0 мм та довжиною lf=36 мм; обємний відсоток армування складав f=1%. Як бетонну матрицю використо-вували дрібнозернистий бетон без круп-ного заповнювача; водоцементне відношення прийнято В/Ц=0,4.
Для улаштування опирання плити по контуру розташували 16 шарнірних опор (12- кульових і 4 – циліндричних) (рис.2), які встановили на жорстку металеву ра-му. Поперечне зусилля до верхньої поверхні плити у 16 точках через металеві прокладки прикладали за допо-могою системи траверс.
Translation - English The total size of single-layer slabs amounts to 800x800x60mm; the thickness of each layer of reinforced concrete (concrete and steel fiber concrete) in two-layer slabs is 30mm.
Series I (ПФ) represents a plain slab made of steel fiber concrete. Series II (ПЗ) represents a single-layer reinforced concrete slab, armored with single-layer reinforce-ment Ø4 Bp-I laid at the bottom of the slab with protective concrete layer 10mm thick with 75mm pitch Series III (ПБФ) repre-sents a two-layer concrete slab, the top layer of which is made of plain heavy concrete and the below one — of the plain steel fiber concrete. Series IV (ПЗФ) of studied sam-ples represents slabs consisting of an upper layer of plain steel fiber concrete and a heavy concrete layer reinforced with metal reinforcement mesh Ø 4 Bp-I set with 75 mm pitch.
Slab concreting was carried out in two stages. Slabs of ПЗ grade and concrete lay-ers of ПЗФ and ПБФ slabs were concreted at the first stage. Siliceous sand and gaint gravel of 5-10 mm fraction; Portland cement of M400 grade was used as binding material; water-to-cement ratio amounted to W/C=0.4. Plates of ПЗ and ПЗФ grade were reinforced with binding wire mesh of Bp-I grade, 4 mm in diameter and 75 mm pitch in two directions. Concrete protective layer was 10 mm. The surface is bush-hammered while the concrete is immature.
At the second stage, after 4 days, slabs of ПФ grade were concreted and steel fiber concrete layer slabs of ПЗФ grade were ad-ditionally concreted.
Steel fiber concrete contained steel fiber with diameter df=1.0 mm and length lf=36 mm; volume percent of reinforcement was µf=1%. Fine concrete without coarse aggregate was used as a concrete matrix; water-to-cement ratio equaled to W/C=0.4.
In order to support the slab, 16 hinged supports (12-ball and 4-cylinder) were in-stalled on four sides (Figure 2) on a rigid metal frame. Lateral force to the upper sur-face of the slab was applied in 16 points through metal pads with the help of strongback system.
