BACKGROUND

A. The Company’s business is in forestry. The Company tenders for and is appointed by its clients to complete a project for specified works at a certain site or location (“the Assignment”).
B. The Subcontractor has skills and abilities which may from time to time be available to the Company (“the Services”).
C. The Company and the Subcontractor agree that if the Subcontractor offers to make his services available to the Company and is engaged by the Company, the terms and conditions in this Contract for Services shall apply.
D. It is the intention of the parties that when the Subcontractor provides Services to the Company on an Assignment, such provision of Services shall constitute a separate and distinctive engagement under this Contract for Services. Unless varied or amended or otherwise agreed between the parties under clause 24, these terms and conditions shall apply for each Assignment.

A. Įmonė verčiasi miškininkyste. Įmonė teikia pasiūlymus klientams ir gauna iš jų užsakymus atlikti tam tikrų darbų nurodytoje statybvietėje ar vietoje projektą („Darbo užduotis“).
B. Subrangovas turi įgūdžių ir sugebėjimų, kurių kartais gali prireikti Įmonei („Paslaugos“).
C. Įmonė ir Subrangovas sutinka, kad, jeigu Subrangovas siūlo savo paslaugas Įmonei ir yra pasamdomas Įmonės, jam bus taikomos šios Paslaugų sutarties sąlygos.
D. Šalys pageidauja, kad Subrangovo Įmonės Darbo užduoties vykdymo metu Paslaugų teikimas būtų pagal šią Paslaugų sutartį laikomas atskiru ir išskirtiniu samdymu. Šios sąlygos bus taikomos kiekvienai iš Darbo užduočių, jei 24 punktas nebus pakeistas, pataisytas ar nesulauks kitų šalių tarpusavio sprendimų.

For this purpose the new hematology analyzer includes three advanced technologies: laser scatter, flow cytometry and chemical dye methods. Independent channel for Basophil measurement.
Capable of identifying immature cells (LIC) and atypical lymphocytes (ALY) needed in oncological and infectious diseases.
Precise erythrocyte and thrombocyte counting.
The improved WBC and PLT counting technology allows differentiation of large thrombocytes from microerythrocytes.
Weak signal detection (WSD) technology automatically removes the effect of interference on the cell counting, increasing the precision of small cell, e.g. thrombocyte, counting.
