In addition to the commission, the Agent also receives the related income tax, if the income obtained by him/her is subject to the regulations concerning the income tax. At the Principal’s request, the Agent shall keep records of the documents necessary to this effect. If, subsequently, it is established that the income obtained by the Agent is not subject to the regulations concerning the payment of income tax, both contractual parties must amend the payment fiscal documents, presenting an amending statement for the reimbursement of the income tax paid. |
