Introduction. Inborn vasomotor swelling
( HAE) caused by C1 esterase inhibitor deficiency poses a big diagnostic and therapeutic problem. It may trigger off life-threatening symptoms.

Inborn vasomotor swelling (HAE) is a rare disease of an autosomal-dominant mode of inheritance. The cause of the disease is the quantitative ( Type I) or qualitative (Type II) C1 esterase inhibitor deficiency (C1- inh), the main regulator of an early stage classical pathway of complement activation [1].
FRAGMENT 3:
Recurrent swellings of the subcutaneous tissue occured in 33 patients..At the same time, alimentary conduit swellings were observed in 38patients, manifestating as the paroxysmal abdominal pains of different intensification. Acute swellings of throat and larynx were stated in14 patients.

8 sick adult are employed of protractedly derived androgens (danazol in dose 50- 200 mg/twenty-four hours) by a few years. To such therapy are classed persons with returning swellings of larynxes and throats. The effectiveness of the treatment of former right. Swellings occured rare, and the intensification of appearances (difficult breathing) was considerably smaller. In the time of giving danazolu at 2 women are observed the set whirlings of having monthlies.

Wprowadzenie. Wrodzony obrzęk naczynioruchowy (HAE) spowodowany niedoborem inhibitora C1 esterazy stanowi duży problem diagnostyczny i terapeutyczny. Może wywoływać objawy zagrażające życiu.
FRAGMENT 2:
Wrodzony obrzęk naczynioruchowy (HAE) jest rzadką chorobą dziedziczącą się w sposób autosomalny dominujący. Przyczyną choroby jest ilościowy (Typ I) lub jakościowy (Typ II) niedobór inhibitora C1 esterazy (C1-inh), głównego regulatora aktywacji wczesnego etapu drogi klasycznej dopełniacza [1].
FRAGMENT 3:
U 33 chorych występowały nawracające obrzęki tkanki podskórnej. Równocześnie u 38 chorych obserwowano obrzęki w przewodzie pokarmowym, pod postacią napadowych bólów brzucha o różnym nasileniu. Ostre obrzęki gardła i krtani stwierdzano u 14 pacjentów.
FRAGMENT 4:
U 8 chorych dorosłych stosowano przewlekle pochodne androgenów (danazol w dawce 50-200 mg/dobę) przez kilka lat. Do takiej terapii kwalifikowano osoby z nawracającymi obrzękami krtani i gardła. Skuteczność leczenia była dobra. Obrzęki występowały rzadziej, a nasilenie objawów (duszność) było znacznie mniejsze. W czasie podawania danazolu u 2 kobiet obserwowano zaburzenia miesiączkowania.

Source text - English 1.1 Pre-registration
For entry to the nuclear plant a permit is required. Permits are issued by XYZ, only after the pre-registration has been carried out. This takes place on special forms, see Annexes 1 and 2, which are supplied by the respective contact person at XYZ. The pre-registration form, when filled in, shall be submitted to the respective contact
person at XYZ at least 21 days prior to the arrival date of the personnel. Please remember to specify arrival date and departure date.
For work in a restricted area, the person concerned must be at least 18 years old and be able to show certification of doctor’s examination/health check with acceptable result for work with ionising radiation, see Annex 3 and 4. The checking of records must be satisfactorily completed before personnel arrive at XYZ (see 1.2). XYZ reserves the right to reject personnel with a negative history in the records checked.
The pre-registration shall include information
on drugs test passed, ‘hot work’ (e.g. welding,
cutting, torching, blowpipe use, etc.), radiation
protection training undertaken and radiation doses so far received. The information in the pre-registration form is then used as the basis for issuing of the gate pass, ID card, dosimeter and the clothing locker key. The contractor may only use personnel who are assessed in accordance with XYZ’s procedure for competence assurance of contracted services in connection with the procurement.
Before the arrival of the contractor, XYZ’s visit
sponsor carries out an assessment of the preconditions for the work to be carried out on the basis of the information submitted in the pre-registration. All information in Annex 2 must be able to be authenticated through presentation of certification.

Aby wejść na teren elektrowni jądrowej, wymagane jest pozwolenie.
Pozwolenia są wydawane przez XYZ, dopiero po przeprowadzeniu rejestracji
wstępnej. Tej zaś dokonuje się na specjalnych formularzach (zob. zał. 1 i 2),
wydawanych przez odpowiednią osobę kontaktową w XYZ. Formularz
rejestracji wstępnej, po wypełnieniu, powinien być przekazany odpowiedniej
osobie kontaktowej w XYZ przynajmniej na 21 dni przed datą przybycia
personelu. Należy pamiętać o określeniu daty przyjazdu i odjazdu. Kandydat na pracownika w obszarze zastrzeżonym musi mieć
ukończone 18 lat i legitymować się zaświadczeniem o badaniu lekarskim/przebytym teście stanu zdrowia z wynikiem uprawniającym do pracy z promieniowaniem jonizującym, (zobacz zał. 3 i 4). Weryfikacja akt musi być pomyślnie zakończona przed przybyciem personelu
do XYZ (zob. 1.2). XYZ zastrzega sobie prawo do odrzucenia personelu z obciążającym zapisem w aktach. Rejestracja wstępna powinna zawierać informacje o przejściu testu na obecność narkotyków, o obróbce cieplnej (np. spawanie, skrawanie, spawanie
palnikiem, używanie palnika, itd.), przebytym szkoleniu o ochronie przed promieniowaniem i otrzymanych dawkach promieniowania. Informacje w rejestracji wstępnej są następnie użyte jako podstawa do wydania przepustki,
karty identyfikacyjnej, dozymetru oraz klucza do szafki ubraniowej. Zleceniobiorca może zatrudnić tylko taki personel, który został oceniony zgodnie z procedurą XYZ, weryfikującą kompetencje niezbędne do wykonania usług ujętych w umowie. Przed przybyciem zleceniobiorcy, opiekun pracowników zewnętrznych
przeprowadza ocenę warunków wstępnych do pracy na podstawie informacji dostarczonych w rejestracji wstępnej. Wszystkie informacje, zawarte w załączniku 2 muszą być weryfikowalne przez okazanie odpowiednich
zaświadczeń.
