TRANSLATION PROCESS

The Project Manager will be the primary contact during the course of the project. You may refer to him with any questions regarding your project, even after its completion. The PM is responsible for the project delivery on time, within your budget and according to your instructions. All communication will be via e-mail, phone or in person in one of our offices.  Before delivery every project is double checked by a proof-reader.


CONFIDENTIALITY

All Mitra translators are bound by a commercial confidentiality and corporate nondisclosure agreement, certified by a Notary Pubic and makes further liable each translator not to provide information on the materials for translation to any third person.
