Master’s degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry (specialized in Biotechnology) and I work primary on technical translation from English to Italian.

Due to my degree in Oriental Cultures I also work on texts related to Japanese religions and society both in Japanese and English.

I have a deep inside knowledge of:
· Medical-Pharmaceutical fields
· Biotechnology
· Biological Chemistry and Chemistry

I am a member of Italian Pharmaceutical Association (Ordine dei Farmacisti).
I think it’s important working in the field to produce high quality technical translations.
During my Master’s Degreee I worked two years in University labs and after that I worked for some years as a Pharmacist.

WORK EXPERIENCE 2005-2010 Working as a freelancer translator and proofreader for pharmaceutical projects and texts related to oriental cultures:

- SmPC (Summary of product characteristics), SOPs (Standard operating procedures), PIL (Patient information leaflets), Labelling.
- Clinical trials (i.e. informed consent).

I translated medical and pharmaceutical papers during my whole period in University labs working on my thesis for my master's degree (2 years).
After my degree in pharmaceutical Chemistry I worked in Pharmaceutical Industry. Since 2004 I've been working as a Pharmacist.
