Source text - German Der Erfolg des organisch beschichteten Blechs bei der Weißen Ware, in der Automobilindustrie und ihren Zulieferbetrieben sowie im Baubereich gründet vor allem darauf, dass für den Verarbei-ter sowohl die Lackierung als auch deren peripherer Aufwand entfallen. Dazu zählen: Vorbehand-lung, Abwasser- und Abluftreinigung, Entsorgung von Reststoffen, die Kosten für Investition und Instandhaltung der Lackieranlage und Trocknungssysteme, Materialhandling, Logistik, Energiema-nagement etc. Spezialisierte Stahlwerke übernehmen diese Aufgaben kostengünstig und effizient. Sie applizieren mit Hilfe von bis zu zwei Meter breiten Walzen Lacksysteme mit verschiedenen Oberflächeneigenschaften im Coil-Coating-Verfahren auf verzinkte Stahlbänder. Dies geschieht mit Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 150 m/min. Coil-Coating beweist so eine hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit. Ökologie und Ökonomie stehen hier in jeglicher Hinsicht in ausgewogenem Verhältnis zueinander. Die eigentliche Beschichtung erfolgt meist in einem Durchlauf auf Ober- und Unterseite des Me-tallbandes. Bei der 2-schichtigen Lackierung werden Primer und Decklack auf das vorbehandelte Metallsubstrat aufgetragen. Nach dem Aushärten des Lackfilms, im Temperaturbereich zwischen 200 und 250 Grad Celsius, folgt wieder das Aufwickeln der Bänder zu großen Rollen, den Coils.
Translation - Italian Il successo del pannello ricoperto da prodotto organico nel caso degli elettrodomestici bianchi, ottenuto nell’industria dell’automobile e dei relativi fornitori, così come nel settore edile, si basa essenzialmente sul fatto che per l’addetto vengono meno operazioni come la verniciatura e tutto il lavoro che da essa deriva, ovvero: il pretrattamento, il trattamento delle acque di scarico e dell’aria, lo smaltimento dei rifiuti, i costi di investimento e di manutenzione degli impianti di verniciatura e dei sistemi di essiccazione, la gestione dei materiali e dell’energia, la logistica, ecc. Le acciaierie specializzate sono in grado di eseguire tutte queste operazioni in maniera economica ed efficiente. Nel processo Coil Coating, esse applicano sistemi di verniciatura con diverse caratteristiche di superficie, servendosi di laminatoi larghi fino a due metri, su nastri di acciaio zincato. La velocità di produzione raggiunge i 150 m/min., un fatto che prova l’elevata efficienza economica dei sistemi Coil Coating. Ecologia ed economia sono rapportate l’una all’altra in ugual misura, sotto ogni aspetto. L’effettivo rivestimento avviene in genere in una passata unica sul lato superiore e su quello inferiore del nastro di metallo. Nel caso della verniciatura a doppio strato, il primer e lo smalto vengono applicati sul supporto metallico pre-trattato. Una volta indurita la pellicola di smalto, ad una temperatura compresa tra i 200 ed i 250 gradi centigradi, i nastri vengono nuovamente avvolte in grossi rulli, i cosiddetti “coils”.
