The window has these tabs:
Local Username/Password, to associate usernames and passwords with privilege levels
HTTP Authentication, to specify whether users enter both a username and password or only a password to access Configuration
Enable Password, to associate passwords with privilege levels
If you are managing a community, the tabs apply to the device you choose from the Hostname list. For a standalone device, they apply only to that device.
When you finish with the window, click OK.
Local Username/Password
This tab shows usernames, passwords, and their associated privilege levels. Users with a paired username and password on this tab have access to Configuration at the associated privilege level.
To enter a new row—a new username, password, and privilege level—click Create and use the Create Local Username/Password window.
To delete a row, select it, and click Delete.
HTTP Authentication
On this tab, click Enable Password if you want users to access Configuration by entering only a password. Click Local User Name/Password if you want them to enter both a username and password.
Be sure to also use the Enable Password tab to set up passwords or the Local User Name/Password tab to set up usernames and passwords.
Enable Password
This tab shows privilege levels and passwords. Users who enter a password that is on this tab have access to Configuration at the associated privilege level.
To create a new password and an associated privilege level, click Create, and use the Create Enable Password window.
Note: If a password exists for every privilege level from 1 to 15, the Create button is disabled.
To modify a password, select it, click Modify, and use the Modify Enable Password window.
To delete a password, select it, and click Delete. Both the password and its privilege level are removed from the tab.

Pada saat anda mengelola suatu komunitas, label-label tersebut berlaku untuk perangkat yang anda pilih dari daftar Nama Host. Sedangkan untuk perangkat standalone(sendirian), perlakuannya hanya untuk perangkat itu.
Jika anda telah selesai dengan jendela ini, silahkan klik OK.
Nama pemakai/Kata sandi Lokal
Label-label ini menampilkan nama pemakai, kata sandi dan tingkat perlakuan yang berhubungan dengannya. Para pemakai yang nama pemakainya dipasangkan dengan kata sandinya pada label ini memiliki akses untuk Konfigurasi pada tingkat perlakuan yang berhubungan dengannya.
Untuk memasukkan sebuah baris baru—nama pemakai, kata sandi dan tingkat perlakuan yang baru—klik Buat dan gunakan jendela Buat Nama pemakai/Kata sandi Lokal.
Untuk menghapus sebuah baris, pilih baris tersebut, dan klik Hapus.
Otentikasi HTTP
Pada label ini, klik Ketersediaan Kata sandi jika anda ingin para pemakai mengakses Konfigurasi dengan memasukkan sebuah kata sandi saja. Klik Nama Pemakai/Kata Sandi Lokal jika anda ingin memasukkan nama pemakai beserta kata sandinya.
Pastikan juga untuk menggunakan label Ketersediaan Kata sandi untuk membuat kata sandi atau label Nama Pemakai/Kata Sandi Lokal untuk membuat nama pemakai beserta kata sandinya.
Ketersediaan Kata sandi
Label ini menampilkan tingkat perlakuan dan kata sandi. Para pemakai yang memasukkan sebuah kata sandi yang ada pada label ini harus memiliki akses untuk Konfigurasi pada tingkat perlakuan yang berhubungan dengannya.
Untuk membuat sebuah kata sandi baru dan tingkat perlakuan yang berhubungan dengannya, klik Buat, dan gunakan jendela Buat ketersediaan kata sandi.
Catatan: Apabila sebuah kata sandi telah ada untuk setiap tingkat perlakuan dari tingkat 1 sampai 15, maka tombol Buat tidak tersedia.
Untuk merubah sebuah kata sandi, pilih kata sandi tersebut, lalu klik Ubah, dan gunakan jendela Ubah Ketersediaan Kata sandi.
Untuk menghapus sebuah kata sandi, pilih kata sandi tersebut, dan klik Hapus. Maka baik kata sandi maupun tingkat perlakuannya telah dihapus dari label tersebut.
