Source text - German Antriebe mit Rutschkupplung bestehen aus einem serienmäßigen Zahnradgetriebe und Motor/Verstellgetriebemotor, zwischen denen ein Adapter eingebaut ist. In diesem Adapter ist die Rutschkupplung untergebracht. Bei Getriebemotoren mit Doppelgetriebe kann sich die Rutschkupplung zwischen erstem und zweitem Getriebe befinden.
Die motorseitige Rutschnabe [7] mit Tellerfedern [5] und Nutmutter [6] nimmt über den Reibbelag [4] der Mitnehmerscheibe [3] den abtriebsseitigen Kupplungsteller mit Verbindungsbolzen mit. Das Rutschmoment ist ab Werk individuell gemäß der konkreten Antriebsauslegung eingestellt.
Die Drehzahl des abtriebsseitigen Kupplungstellers wird über einen Impulsgeber [2] erfasst und an ein Prüfgerät [8] weitergegeben. Als Prüfgeräte kommen Drehzahlwächter und Schlupfwächter zum Einsatz. Sie können zusammen mit Schützen, Sicherungseinheiten usw. auf einer Normschiene 35 mm (nach DIN EN 50 022) im Schaltschrank montiert oder über zwei Bohrungen befestigt werden.
