A tervtanács véleménye szerint a vonatkozó építési övezetben megengedett 9,5 méteres építménymagasság csak egy lehetőség a tervezett épület magasságát illetően, amely érték azonban az út ezen szakaszára jellemző épített környezet magassági jellemzőivel nem harmonizál., azaz településképi illeszkedés szempontjából a 9,5 méteres építménymagasság is megkérdőjelezhető lenne.
A tervezett épület legalább egy szinttel magasabb a 9,5 méteres elméleti határértéknél.

A foglyokat a vasúti szállítás előtt az un. policájok ismét, tüzetesen megmotozták.
Ez elsősorban a szökések megelőzése végett történt, hogy a raboknál még előforduló és a szökést elősegítő szúró, vágó eszközöket elszedjék.
Azonban, mint addig is minden más személyes használati tárgyat is elvettek.
Annak ellenére, hogy a foglyok már sokadjára estek át ezen a procedúrán, még mindig sokféle tárgyat tudtak elvenni a fogolyőrök tőlük:
„A fogolyőrök mindenkinek átvizsgálták a csomagját és sok mindent elszedtek.
Órája már senkinek sem volt, de törülközőket, fehérneműt, beretvakészleteket, cigarettatárcákat, zsebkéseket stb. vettek el.
Olyat is láttam, hogy valakinek a fekete vasúti arcképes igazolványát vette el egy őr, a fényképet kivette és a magáét ragasztotta a helyébe.”– emlékszik az egyik fogoly.
Hogy hogyan fordulhatott elő még ilyen – relatív – sok tárgy a foglyoknál – erre kiváló választ kapunk Balog József visszaemlékezéséből, akinek, több útitársával együtt sikerült megszöknie a szállítás során.
Mikor megtudták, hogy ismét motozásra kerül sor, „Kovács István a bicskát a végbelébe dugta, János a ruhájába varrta a tőrt és én a bejárathoz közel, egy nagy bokorba rejtettem el a fenőkövet és a svájci sapkát.
Sorakozó után megkezdődött az utolsó motozás.
Egy magyarul tudó szlovák tolmács megtalálta a tárcámat, melyen vasúti igazolványom és több száz pengő volt.
Gratuláltam, hogy ő a legjobb motozó, mivel közel négy hónap alatt legalább 30-szor motoztak és eddig nem találták meg.
Nevetve mondtam, remélem, nem akarod elvenni.
Nevetve visszaadta.
Indulás a vasútállomásra.
A bokorhoz érve a gyomromhoz kaptam.
A bokor mögé futottam, letoltam a nadrágom és közben a hátizsákomba csúsztattam a fenőkövet és a svájci sapkát.

Ilyen és ehhez hasonló trükkökkel és megvesztegetéssel tudtak a foglyok a sűrű motozások ellenére is folyamatosan maguknál tartani a legkülönfélébb tárgyakat.
Translation - English Pre-Departure Body-Searches
The prisoners were repeatedly and thoroughly body-searched by the what they referred to as the “politzei”.
This was primarily done in order to pre-empt escape, to confiscate any stabbing or cutting implements that would help prisoners flee, which they may still have had on them at this point.
However, as always, all other personal articles of use were likewise taken away from them.
Despite already having been subjected to this procedure many a time, the prisoner guards were still able to seize many different kinds of articles from the prisoners:
“The prisoner guards inspected everyone’s package and impounded lots of things.
Nobody had a watch by then, but they still confiscated towels, underwear, shaving sets, cigarette cases, pocket knives, etc.
Something I also saw was that a guard took somebody’s black railway photo ID, removed the photo and stuck his own in its place,” one of the prisoners remembers.
How this was still possible, i.e. that prisoners had relatively lots of articles on them, is a question to which József Balog’s recollections—who managed to successfully escape with several of his travelling companions during transportation—provide an excellent answer.
When they learned that a body-search was going to be effected again, “István Kovács hid his pocket knife in his rectum, János sewed his dagger in the linings of his coat, and I hid the whetstone and my flat cap close to the entrance, in a big shrub.
The last search began after we lined-up.
A Slovakian interpreter who spoke Hungarian found my wallet, with may railway pass and several hundred pengőforints.
I congratulated him for being the best searcher, since I had been body-searched at least 30 times in almost four months, and nobody had located them before.
I was laughing as I told him how I was hoping he would not seize them.
He laughed as he handed them back.
Off we went to the railway station.
As I passed the shrub, I grabbed my stomach.
I ran behind the bush, pushed my trousers down, sliding the whetstone and the flat cap in my rucksack as I did so.
I pulled my trousers back up, and ran to get back in line.”
It was tricks like that and similar ones, plus bribery, that prisoners were able to keep all sorts of different articles on them despite the frequent body-searches.

Source text - Hungarian Az (5) bekezdés szerint a (4) bekezdés a) pontja szerinti, bírságot kiszabó végzéssel szemben külön jogorvoslatnak van helye (82. §).
Mivel a Tpvt. 76. § (3) bekezdése úgy rendelkezik, hogy az utóvizsgálatra a versenyfelügyeleti eljárásra vonatkozó rendelkezéseket kell megfelelően alkalmazni, alkalmazandóak az alábbi rendelkezések is.
A Tpvt. 89. § (2) bekezdése értelmében a vizsgáló, illetve - az eljáró versenytanács döntése tekintetében - az eljáró versenytanács hivatalból haladéktalanul, külön végzéssel megindítja a verseny felügyeleti eljárás során hozott döntésének végrehajtását, ha a 76. § (4) bekezdésének d) pontjában meghatározott esetben, vagy - az (1) bekezdés szerinti esetben -a rendelkezésre álló adatok alapján megállapítja, hogy a végrehajtható döntésben elrendelt kötelezettség teljesítése határidőre nem, vagy csak részben, vagy nem az előírtaknak megfelelően történt.
A végrehajtási eljárás a végrehajtás megindításáról szóló végzésnek a kötelezettel való közlésével indul meg.
A Tpvt. 90. §-ának (1) bekezdése szerint, ha az eljáró versenytanács döntésében az ügyfelet meghatározott cselekmény elvégzésére vagy meghatározott magatartás tanúsítására kötelezte, az eljáró versenytanács a végrehajtás elrendelésével egyidejűleg végrehajtási bírságot szab ki.
A végrehajtási bírság napi összege ötvenezer forintig terjedhet.
A (2) bekezdés alapján az eljáró versenytanács a kötelezett indokolt kérelmére egy alkalommal, a végrehajtási bírság napi összegének felemelésével egyidejűleg az önkéntes teljesítésre póthatáridőt biztosíthat.
A felemelt bírság összege napi százezer forintig terjedhet.
A (3) bekezdés értelmében a kötelezett a végrehajtási bírságot a végrehajtás elrendelésétől, a megemelt összegű végrehajtási bírságot pedig a teljesítési póthatáridő lejártától a határozatban foglaltak teljesítésének igazolásáig eltelt időszakra köteles megfizetni.
A (4) bekezdés alapján a végrehajtási bírságot mind a vállalkozással, mind a vállalkozás vezetőjével szemben egyidejűleg is ki lehet szabni.
Az (5) bekezdés akként rendelkezik, hogy a végrehajtás megindításától, illetve a teljesítési póthatáridő lejártától számított, teljesítés nélkül eltelt minden egyes hónapot követő napon az adott teljesítés nélkül eltelt hónapra eső végrehajtási bírság, illetve megemelt összegű végrehajtási bírság esedékessé válik.
A (6) bekezdés szerint a teljesítés hónapjában a teljesítés napjáig terjedő időre eső végrehajtási bírság, illetve megemelt összegű végrehajtási bírság a teljesítés napján válik esedékessé.
Translation - English Under Section (5), separate legal remedy (Article 82) may be sought against the order imposing fines pursuant to point a) of Section (4).
Since Competition Act Article 76(3) provides that the provisions of the competition supervision proceedings shall apply mutatis mutandis to the follow-up investigation, the following provisions are also applicable.
Pursuant to Competition Act Article 89(2), the investigator or—in respect of the decision reached by the competition council proceeding in the case—the competition council proceeding in the case shall ex officio direct, by a separate order, its resolutions made in the course of the competition supervision proceeding to be implemented, without delay following the expiry, if it concludes in the case specified in Article 76(4) d) or in the case under Section (1), based on the available data, that any obligation ordered in its enforceable decision was not or only partially discharged within the time limit or discharged other than in compliance with whatever was required.
Judicial enforcement starts upon communicating the order on instituting enforcement to the party subject to obligation.
Under Competition Act Article 90(1), where the competition council proceeding in the case, by its resolution, obliged the party to perform an act or display a conduct specified in the resolution, the competition council proceeding in the case, concurrently with the ordering of the enforcement, shall impose an enforcement fine.
The enforcement fine shall not exceed HUF fifty thousand per day.
Based on Section (2), the competition council proceeding in the case may set on one occasion, upon a reasoned application of the party subject to obligation, an extended time limit for voluntary compliance, rising at the same time the daily rate of the enforcement fine.
The increased fine shall not exceed HUF one hundred thousand per day.
Pursuant to Section (3), the party subject to obligation shall pay the enforcement fine for the period between the ordering of the enforcement, or the increased enforcement fine for the period between the expiry of the extended time limit for voluntary compliance, and the day of confirmation of performance of what has been ordered by the decision.
Based on Section (4), the enforcement fine may be imposed at the same time on both an undertaking and its manager.
Section (5) provides that the enforcement fine or increased enforcement fine for the given month without performance will become due and payable on the day after each month that passes without performance from when enforcement is launched or from when the supplementary time limit for performance expires.
Under Section (6), enforcement fines and increased enforcement fines due in the month of performance until the date thereof will become payable on the date of performance.

Source text - Hungarian Ahhoz, hogy a berendezések állapotát a lehető legnagyobb biztonsággal felmérhessük, a legkisebb kockázattal üzemeltessük, elengedhetetlen:
az üzemi körülményekből adódó hatásokat tisztázni,
a beépített anyagok tönkremenetelének folyamatát és mértékét az adott üzemeltetési feltételek mellett megítélni,
a berendezések aktuális állapotát diagnosztikai vizsgálatokkal felmérni,
időben történő beavatkozással a hiba jelenséget megelőzni vagy megszüntetni.
2016-ban számos intézkedés, kisebb-nagyobb változtatás történt a Reformáló és hidrogéngyártás blokkban, hogy a karbantartás hatékonyabb, gördülékenyebb legyen.
Az intézkedéseinktől a berendezéseink megbízhatóságának és rendelkezésre állásának növekedését várjuk.

A „H” raktárak projekt csak 2017-ben indul a blokkban, a raktárainkban rendet raktunk, felmértük, és listát készítettünk az anyagainkról.
Kialakítottunk egy szűrőraktárt, így egyszerűbb figyelni a készletszinteket.
SZME - éket készítettünk: helyes olajszűrő cserék, C21 turbókompresszor üzemeltetése
A műszertermi fehér táblákon, napi szinten vezetjük a javítandó eszközeink státuszát.
Az olajtárolóinkat racionalizáltuk, a használt olajtípusokat a Y-nal egyeztetve 19-ről 11-re csökkentettük.
Az edényeket és a pumpákat színkóddal láttuk el.
Az Y-nal és a Karbantartás Mérnökséggel közösen meghatároztuk a nagyobb forgógépeken az kenőolaj mintavételi pontokat a negyedéves olajvizsgálatokhoz.
Translation - English There are some things that are indispensable for us to be able to survey the condition of equipment with the greatest certainty possible, and operate them with the lowest risk:
Clarifying effects derived from operational circumstances
Considering the process and degree of incorporated materials’ failure subject to the given operational conditions
Surveying the current state of equipment using diagnostics testing
Preventing or eliminating defect phenomena through timely intervention
There were numerous measures, lesser or greater changes at the Reforming and Hydrogen Production Block in order to make maintenance smoother and more efficient.
We expect our measures will increase the reliability and availability of our equipment.
They include, among others:
Turnover work on unit GOK1
Turnover work on unit BEK4-REF4
Turnover work at the R+H Plant
The “H” Warehouses Project will only start at the block in 2017. We have tidied our warehouses, surveyed and drafted a list of our supplies and materials.
A screening warehouse was set up, so monitoring stock levels is simpler.
SOPs were drafted: correct oil filter replacements, C21 turbo compressors operation.
Whiteboards in the instrument room are used to track the status of our equipment awaiting repairs.
Our oil storage tanks were rationalised, and the types of oil in use were cut from 19 to 11 in consultation with Y.
Colour coding was deployed for containers and pumps.
Lubricating oil sampling points on larger rotary machines were specified for quarterly oil checks in conjunction with Y and Maintenance Engineering.

Management of the Bank’s White and Grey Books
The group’s credit portfolio (without segment Asset & Capital Recovery (ACR)) is managed on a risk-oriented basis: higher-risk parts of the portfolio are principally governed by more conservative guidelines than those with lower-risk.
The CRS steering matrix divides the group’s white and grey books into a total of six sub-portfolios according to the variables Loss at Default (LaD – as a benchmark for uncovered exposure parts) and Probability of Default (PD rating classes – creditworthiness orientation).
Based on their differing risk structures, the sub-portfolios are subject to differentiated management objectives.
Without CRE and Ship Finance assets transferred from former NCA segment („legacy portfolios“) to MSB in 2016, which will be managed according to details described in chapter 2.3. Principles of Management ACR Portfolio.
Exceptional debtors and “BVV” are excluded as well.
Risk limitation in the case of weak credit ratings and exposures with high LaD contributions is faced by the aim of growth in granular business with investment and sub-investment grade creditworthiness.
Transactions in border areas are in principle possible, but are governed by more stringent requirements with regard to the transaction structures (e. g. collateralisation, responsiveness or profitability).
Management of the economic and regulatory capital requirements for default risk is explained in detail in the GRS 2017 and in annex C 8.3 in the CRS.

A csoport hitelállományának (a szegmensek eszköz- és tőkemegtérülése (ACR) nélkül) kezelése kockázatorientált: az állomány nagyobb kockázatú részeire konzervatívabb útmutatások irányadók, mint az alacsonyabb kockázatúakra.
A CRS irányítási mátrixa a csoport fehér és szürke könyveit összesen hat alportfólióra osztja a nemfizetéskor elszenvedett veszteség (LaD; a fedezetlen kitettség részek etalonjaként) és a nemfizetés valószínűsége (PD minősítési osztályok – hitelképességi irányultság) változók mentén.
Az alportfóliókra differenciált kockázatkezelési célkitűzések vonatkoznak az eltérő kockázatstruktúrájuk alapján.
Az egykori NCA szegmenstől az MSB-hez 2016-ban áthelyezett CRE és Hajófinanszírozás eszközök („örökölt állományok”) nélkül, amelyeket a 2.3. Az ACR portfólió kezelési elvei c. fejezetben részletesen leírtak szerint fogunk kezelni.
A kivételes adósok és a „BVV” szintén kimarad.
A gyenge hitelminősítés és a magas LaD hozzájárulásokkal járó kitettségek esetén a kockázatkorlátozás célja a befektetéssel járó granuláris tevékenységek növelése és a befektetésre ajánlott alatti hitelképesség.
Elvi szinten lehetségesek a határterületi tranzakciók, de ezekre az ügyletstruktúra szempontjából szigorúbb előírások vonatkoznak (pl. fedezetbevonás, reakciókészség vagy nyereségesség).

Anti-BCA-225 primary antibody labels breast cancer antigen 225 (BCA-225) in primary and metastatic breast carcinoma. BCA-225 was first identified in T47D breast carcinoma cells, but its expression in other carcinomas such as lung, kidney, ovary and endometrium has also been demonstrated. Human growth hormone (GH) is a single-chain polypeptide containing 191 amino acid residues with two disulfide bridges. GH participates in a wide range of biological functions such as metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids and is also involved with growth, development and immunity. GH is synthesized in acidophilic cells of the anterior pituitary gland by a subpopulation of cells with the somatotroph phenotype. Anti-GH is a useful marker in the classification of pituitary tumors and can be used in the study of pituitary disease.
Somatostatin is a peptide hormone widely distributed throughout the body and is an important regulator of endocrine and nervous system function. Somatostatin can also be found in gastrointestinal and bronchopulmonary endocrine cells, thymic endocrine cells, and thyroid C-cells. Anti-somatostatin is a useful marker of D-cells of pancreatic islets. It recognizes somatostatin-containing cells in pancreatic tumors, islet cell hyperplasia, and islet cells originating in pancreatic ductules.
