إذا اعتزم أحد الشركاء التنازل عن حصته لأحد الشركاء في الشركة، وجب عليه أن يخطر باقي الشركاء عن طريق الرئيس التنفيذي الذي عليه أن يخطر باقي الشركاء خطياً بمجرد وصول الإخطار إليه، ويجوز لكل شريك أن يطلب استرداد القيمة المذكورة في المادتين (4) و(8) من هذا العقد، فإذا انقضى تسعون يوماً من تاريخ الإخطار دون أن يستعمل بقية الشركاء حق الاسترداد، يجوز للشريك المتنازل أن يتصرف في حصته للشريك المتنازل له بالقيمة المذكورة في أي المادتين (4) و(8) من هذا العقد.		Translation - English
If any Partner intends to transfer his shares to any other Partner in the Company, such Partner shall notify all other Partners via the Executive Director who, upon receipt of the notice, shall notify other Partners in writing. Each Partner may apply to acquire the shares at the price specified under Articles 4 and 8 hereof. If at the expiry of 90 days as of the date of the notice none of the Partners has exercised his right to acquire the shares, the transferring Partner shall be free to dispose of his shares at the price specified under Articles 4 and 8 hereof.
