movimiento de recursos y/o presencia en diversos temas de la realidad nacional -como en el Perú- esta situación
termina quitando o disminuyendo capacidades sustantivas a la Oficina. Deberia revisarse seriamente, las
implicancias negativas que en este sentido, ha tenido y tiene el ATLAS (y sus procedimientos relacionados),
en el trabajo técnico (sustantivo) de las Oficinas, al haber restado capacidad de respuesta o de abordaje de
estos temas.

My name is Emma-Peta and I have lived in Spain (the Costa Blanca) for over ten years.

In December 2010 I qualified, with a 7.2 grade, in Judicial Auctions (Subastas Judiciales).
I have translated documents from a number of fields including; legal, medical, finance, construction, renewable resources (hyrdo electricity project), certificates, property, websites, books and tourism texts for various attractions throughout the Costa Blanca.
