Translation - English In the last decades of the XX century, the values of the hegemonic masculinity model are facing a crisis without historical precedents. The critic towards the authoritarianism, the paternalism, misogyny and chauvinism makes man compel to question his roll and place in society.
Towards the end of the century, a generalized perception of the change arises in genre identities. The new place of woman in society is being recognized as the main impeller of such change.
