La Constitución Española establece que todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas tienen derecho a la educación. Igualmente contempla que ninguna confesión religiosa, filosófica o ideológica tiene carácter estatal y que la enseñanza básica es obligatoria y gratuita.
El derecho a la educación implica una obligación para los padres y madres que deben asegurar el acceso de sus hijos e hijas a los centros educativos con el fin de que puedan adquirir los conocimientos necesarios para su formación integral como personas.
El acceso a la educación, desde una perspectiva inclusiva como se detalla en la LOE (Ley Orgánica de Educación), permite desarrollar el Derecho a la Igualdad de Oportunidades como un objetivo entre sexos y también entre diferentes colectivos.
En nuestra comunidad la Educación es bilingüe, con dos idiomas oficiales, el castellano y el valenciano, que se enseñan en los centros escolares. Al finalizar el periodo de enseñanza obligatoria, el alumnado ha de tener un conocimiento suficiente de ambos idiomas.

Source text - English La banda base es la capa física del Bluetooth que maneja los canales físicos y de enlaces aparte de otros servicios como la corrección de error, el blanqueo de datos, la selección del salto y la seguridad de Bluetooth. La capa de la banda base radica en lo más alto de la capa radial Bluetooth en la pila de protocolos Bluetooth. El protocolo de la banda base se pone en ejecución como un controlador de enlaces, que trabaja con el enlace principal para cumplir las rutinas del nivel de enlace que realizan como la conexión del enlace y el control de energía.
Dos o más dispositivos Bluetooth que usan el mismo canal forman una piconet. Hay una unidad maestra y una o más esclavas en cada piconet. La secuencia de salto es única para la piconet y es determinada por la identidad del dispositivo Bluetooth maestro (BD_ADDR); la fase en el salto de secuencia es determinada por el reloj Bluetooth de la maestra. El canal se divide en intervalos de tiempo o slots donde cada intervalo se corresponde a una frecuencia del salto del RF. 2.1.2 Enlaces físicos

Translation - Spanish The Baseband is the physical layer of the Bluetooth. It manages physical channels and links apart from other services like error correction, data whitening, hop selection and Bluetooth security. The baseband protocol is implemented as a Link Controller, which works with the link manager for carrying out link level routines like link connection and power control.
Two or more Bluetooth devices using the same channel form a piconet. There is one master and one or more slave (s) in each piconet. The hopping sequence is unique for the piconet and is determined by the Bluetooth device address (BD_ADDR) of the master; the phase in the hopping sequence is determined by the Bluetooth clock of the master. The channel is divided into time slots where each slot corresponds to an RF hop frequency. Consecutive hops correspond to different RF hop frequencies.

2.1.2 Physical Links
The Baseband handles two types of links: SCO (Synchronous Connection- Oriented and ACL (Asynchronous Connection- Less) link.
The SCO link is a symmetric point- to- point link between a master and a single slave in the piconet. The master maintains the SCO link by using reserveed slots at regular intervals (circuit switched type). The SCO link mainly carries voice information. The master can support up to three simultaneous SCO links while slaves can support two or three SCO links. SCO packets are never retransmitted. SCO packets are used for 64 kB/s speech transmission.
The ACL link is a point- to - multipoint link between the master and all the slaves participating on the piconet. In the slots not reserved for the SCO links, the master can establish an ACL link on a per- slot basis to any slave, including the slave already engaged in an SCO link (packet switched type). Only a single ACL link can exist. For most ACL packets, packet retransmission is applied.

Source text - Arabic Dice la Real Academia Española que un refugiado es aquella persona que "a consecuencia de guerras, revoluciones o persecuciones políticas" se ve obligado a abandonar su hogar. Tendrá que actualizarse.
Según el Informe Stern, encargado por el Gobierno británico, en un futuro próximo podría haber 200 millones de personas "43fugiadas víctimas del cambio climático".
El documento ha sido calificado por Tony Blair como el más importante que ha caído en sus manos durante su más de una década de poder.
Sir Nicholas Stern, ex economista principal del Banco Mundial, desgrana a lo largo de 700 páginas las "desastrosas consecuencias"- según Blair- del cambio climático si no se actúa.
Aparte de las humanas, repercutirá entre un 5% y un 20% del PIB mundial.
Sin acceso al agua potable
La catástrofe aparece desgranada y ampliada en el texto: 100 millones de refugiados por inundaciones o la subida del nivel del mar, una de cada seis personas del mundo no tendrá acceso al agua potable por el deshielo de los glaciares, y el 40% de las especies naturales desaparecidas son algunos de los escenarios posibles.
"Tenemos el tiempo y conocimiento para actuar, pero sólo si lo hacemos de forma internacional, con fuerza y urgentemente" servirá, afirmó Stern.
