ukp is a blend of semi-hard varieties. .
With a protein range typically between 11 and 13% and a Chopin Alveograph W in excess of 170, they have been found to suit both EU and non-EU bread making. .
Soft wheat .
uks is a blend of soft extensible varieties well known throughout the EU for their biscuit making and bread blending characteristics. .
With a protein range typically between 10 and 11.5% and extensibility shown by a Chopin Alveograph P/L value below 0.55, these wheats have been a useful blender with hard high protein wheats. .
