NCV – Núcleo Criança de Valor
Iniciado o planejamento estratégico que visa nortear a atuação do projeto para o NCV, expressando a visão, missão, objetivos, e metas comuns, que irá traduzir em resultados concretos e integrados.
1 - VISÃO:
“Queremos ser um programa modelo para ajudar as crianças e os adolescentes carentes, no estudo da palavra de Deus, melhorar suas qualidades de vida, apoiar e incentivar a freqüência ao ensino fundamental e início ao trabalho-aprendiz”
2 - MISSÃO:
“Promover para crianças e adolescentes carentes de 3 a 15 anos, o estudo da palavra de Deus, desenvolver gratuitamente ações sócio-educativas, nutricionais, promoção à saúde, orientação aos familiares para transformar suas qualidades de vida e de sua escolha, oferecer condições para trabalharem como aprendizes a partir dos 14 anos em empresas da cidade com parceria ao programa.”
3 - FILOSOFIA BÁSICA EXPRESSADA, ASSOCIADA AO DESENVOLVIMENTO DA MISSÃO:
- Buscar o estudo da palavra de Deus de acordo com a Bíblia nos programas e atividades;
- Desenvolver ações para os programas e atividades do projeto, regulamentadas pelos regimentos, leis e da ética;
- Acolher no NCV, crianças e adolescentes que estejam no Ensino fundamental;
- Criar condição de promover à saúde através dos profissionais liberais voluntários e dos programas estabelecidos em Unidades de Saúde Pública, clínicas, hospitais do Município;
- Oferecer alimentação para as crianças e adolescentes, com os nutrientes necessários, diariamente, com cardápios adequados elaborados e supervisionados por nutricionista;
- Preservar a segurança das crianças e dos adolescentes, em todos os programas e atividades do projeto;
- Buscar a preservação da união das famílias, das crianças e dos adolescentes, com os programas e atividades do projeto;
- Oferecer programas e atividades com qualidade técnica (humana e materiais), através de pessoas capacitadas, com equilíbrio, amor e alegria;
- Oferecer aos empregados do NCV (que não pertençam a Diretoria), salários e benefícios adequados – de acordo com os vigentes, das empresas do Município.
- Informatizar os serviços de gerência, administração e atividades do projeto;
- Envolver as pessoas, empresários e o Governo para financiarem o projeto NCV (recursos financeiros e humanos para manutenção).
- Aproveitar adequadamente os recursos angariados (próprios, de terceiros e governamentais);
- Oferecer qualificação aos adolescentes, para iniciarem o trabalho na condição de aprendizes e estagiários.
4 - ANÁLISE DA VOCAÇÃO DO GRUPO X CAMPO DE ATUAÇÃO
- A Presidente do NCV escolheu para a sua vida, a missão de ajudar as crianças e adolescentes carentes.
- O projeto tem uma Diretoria e Técnicos, que são baseados na fé por Deus, tendo nos seus corações o amor pelas crianças com vontade e condição de trabalhar nas atividades do projeto;
- A Diretoria e os Técnicos, conhecem a gestão e administração. Estão atualizando os conhecimentos para projetos do terceiro setor;
- O Núcleo Criança de Valor – NCV, realiza um trabalho social. As crianças em seus lares, não dispõem de alimentação adequada, auxílio para suas tarefas escolares e de um ambiente que propicie seu desenvolvimento integral.
Pretendemos diminuir a evasão escolar e ao mesmo tempo as crianças são tiradas do convívio diário das ruas.
Acreditamos que assim elas serão capazes de romper com o ciclo de pobreza em que vivem e alcançar novos rumos como cidadãos.

No bairro Jardim América, está localizada a favela Cristina, cuja população é extremamente carente, classe econômica - social E, onde o Projeto Núcleo Criança de Valor está inserido.

NCV – CHILD OF VALUE CENTER
Here we start the strategic planning for the Child of Value Center, which aims to guide the activities of NCV, express its vision, mission, objectives and common purposes, leading to actual and integrated results.
1 – VISION
“We want to be a model-program to support the needy children and adolescents in the study of the word of God; improving their living conditions, supporting and encouraging school attendance and the beginning of their work as apprentices.”
2 – MISSION
“Promote the study of the Word of God for needy children and teenagers, between the ages of 3 and 15; develop free socio-educational and nutritional actions; promote health and orientation to families in order to improve their quality of life; offer conditions for work as apprentices from the age of 14 in the city partner companies.”
3 – BASIC EXPRESSED PHILOSOPHY, ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF MISSION:
- Seek the study of the Word of God, in accordance with the Bible, in the programs and activities;
- Develop actions for the programs and activities of the center, ruled by internal regulations, the law and ethics;
- Receive children and teenagers who are enrolled in the regular schools;
- Promote health with the help of volunteer professionals and of the established public programs, clinics and city hospitals;
- Offer food daily with the necessary nutrients for the children and teenagers, with proper menus, elaborated and supervised by a nutritionist;
- Care for the safety of the children and teenagers in all the programs and activities of the center;
- Seek the maintenance of the union of families and children and teenagers through the programs and activities of the center;
- Offer programs and activities with technical quality (human and material), with enabled personnel, balance, love and joy;
- Offer the NCV employees (who are not in the directors board) adequate salaries and benefits (compatible with the current wages paid in the city companies);
- Implement computer technology in the management, administration and activities of the center;
- Involve people, entrepreneurs and the government as financial supporters of NCV (financial and human resources for maintenance);
- Use the gathered resources adequately (proper resources, collaborators resources and governmental resources);
- Offer qualifications for the teenagers, so that they are able to start work as apprentices;
4 – ANALISYS OF THE GROUP VOCATION X FIELD OF WORK
- The President of NCV has chosen for her life the mission of helping needy children and teenagers;
- The center has a faithful board of directors and technicians, who love the children and are able and wishing to work in the activities of the center;
- The board of directors and the technicians know the administration conduct. There has been an update on the knowledge of third sector work;
- The Child of Value Center carries on a social work. The children, at home, do not have proper food, help with their homework or an environment that fosters their development. We intend to lower the level of school evasion at the same time that children are taken away from mendicancy. We believe that by doing this they will be able to stop the poverty cycle in which they live and find a new way towards citizenship.

Degree in Law and working experience in analyzing legal documents in the public sector.
Experience in academic work, both translating and proofreading. Have done a lot of studies on social sciences.
