9.1. Executantul are obligatia de a despagubi achizitorul impotriva oricaror:
a) reclamatii si actiuni in justitie ce rezulta din incalcarea unor drepturi de proprietate intelectuala (brevete, nume, marci inregistrate etc.), legate de echipamentele, materialele, instalatiile sau utilajele folosite pentru ori in legatura cu executia lucrarilor sau incorporate in acestea; si
