2000 ........................................................30 Prolouge 5 1 Prologue In this manual, all design variants of the ITZ meter are described. Please note, that the meters can be designed differently regarding for example configuration, interfaces, in-/outputs etc. It is therefore possible that meter features are described in this manual which do not apply to the meter(s) used by you. 1.1 Safety tips The meters are to be used exclusively for measuring electrical energy and must only be operated within the specified technical data (see nameplate). When installing or changing the meter the conductor to which the meter is connected must be de-energized. Only the intended screw terminals may be used for this. Contact of parts under voltage is extremely dangerous. Therefore the relevant back-up fuse is to be removed and stored so that other people cannot insert this unnoticed. Before opening the meter the secondary circuit to the current transformer must be short circuited. The high voltage on the current transformer is extremely dangerous and destroys the current transformer. With incorrect meter installation the S0-inputs can lead to line voltage. Attention: Danger! The local standards, guidelines, regulations and instructions are to be obeyed. Only authorised personnel are permitted to install the electricity meters. 6 Prolouge 1.2 Mounting and installation 1.2.1 Mounting the meter Meters form the series ITZ are suitable for wall mounting in accordance with DIN 43 857-2. The accuracy is within ± 5 ppm. The tariff switching clock gives the time when the tariff switching should take place. Tariff switching can be parameterized, one tariff is always active. External tariff control is possible, thereby the internal tariff control is automatically deactivated. The ITZ has separate daily switching clocks for weekdays and holidays. The following day types are supported: a) Monday – Friday b) Saturday c) Sunday d) Holidays Setting the date and time The date and time can be set with the software EMH-COM or EMH-COMBIMASTER 2000 either via the optical- or the electrical interface. In Germany, according to the PTB requirements, the latter may only be carried out once after ending the parameter status or after voltage return. Synchronisation of the Real Time Clock takes place via: a) the internal quartz, b) the synchronisation input or b) the line frequency. Buffering of the Real Time Clock takes place a) with the battery or b) with the capacitor or c) with the capacitor and buffer battery or d) with the battery and buffer battery. The battery guarantees a running reserve of > 10 years, the capacitor of > 7 days. With a completely discharged capacitor the charging time is approx. 20 minutes after applying the phase voltage (90% voltage). If the running reserve is exhausted then in the display the relevant symbol is displayed (see page 21). After voltage return the Real Time Clock is set to the time of the network power failure. Furthermore, the energy is registered in a fixed register (depending on the configuration 1.8.0, 1.8.1, 1.8.2, 1.8.3 or 1.8.4). When the battery or the capacitor is discharged, their function is taken over by the buffer battery. The buffer battery also enables the display to continue to operate efficiently in a no-voltage condition and also reading out of the meter via the optical data interface D0. Technical description 15 5.4 Data interfaces The data readout takes place via the optical D0- or electrical interface RS485 or respectively CL0 according to 62056-21. The D0 interface has the main priority. 5.4.1 Optical data interface D0 The D0-interface is designed according to IEC 62056-21. The following baud rates can be set: Mode C with a maximum baud rate of 300, 1200, 2400, 4800 or 9600 baud. 5.4.2 Electrical data interface RS485 The electrical interface (galvanically de-coupled) is found at the additional terminals under the sealable terminal cover (see connection diagram). The electrical interface RS485 is a symmetrical two wire interface and is designed in accordance with TIA/EIA-485 / ITU-T V.11. Up to 32 meters can be connected to a meter modem with RS485-interface. The meter can be addressed and called up specifically. The distance between the readout device and the meter may not exceed 1,000 m. The CL0 interface conforms with DIN 66348, Part 1. It is a passive two wire interface, i.e. possesses no own power source. Data is transmitted as mark/space at a nominal current of 20 mA. For that reason, it is also called a 20 mA current interface. The voltage drop of the series switched transmitters and receivers in the meter is about 4 V. Thus a maximum of four meter outputs can be switched in series and operated by one modem. The meters can be addressed and called up specifically. The CL0 interface can be used for data transmission up to 1,000 m. The window area is transparent and the remaining cover surface has an eroded structure. The meter cover is hung at the top of the baseplate and fastened at the bottom with two sealed screws. Figure 9: Meter cover 5.7.3 Sealable terminal cover The terminal cover is made of grey polycarbonate. It is screwed to the terminal block by means of sealing screws. Inside the terminal cover there is a pin for manipulation recognition. With this pin every attempt to remove the terminal cover is registered. On the inside of the terminal block you can find the connection diagram. Figure 10: Terminal block with the pin for manipulation recognition Pin 20 Operating the meter 6 Operating the meter 6.1 Operation modes 6.1.1 Parameter status (PAR-Status) The PAR-Status is used for configuration of the meter at the factory. For activation of this mode press the PAR-Status button. This button is found on the meters main PC-Board and is protected by a seal. 6.1.2 Test mode In the test mode the resolution of the energy register is 100 times higher than the resolution in the standard operation mode. This also applies for the readout table. The test mode is also addressed via the write command 1.58.T(N). „N“ = 1 means activate, „N“ = 0 means deactivate. „T“ stands for the number of the tariff which is activated with the command. Activation of the test mode is shown by the simultaneous flashing of the star symbol and the exclamation mark in the display (see page 21). After 24 hours uninterrupted operation the test mode is automatically deactivated. 6.1.3 Standard operation mode When the meter is in normal operation then it is always in the standard operation mode. 6.1.3.1 Standard display After meter installation and running through the display tests the meter is in the standard display. With a multi tariff design, the energy value and the designation of the active tariff are shown in the display. With a two tariff meter with static display the energy value for high tariff is displayed in the value area and the energy value for low tariff in the OBIS code area. Thereby the digitness of the high tariff value is reduced from 8 to 7. From every condition the display returns back to the standard display providing that the display was not operated within the configured delay period (5 to 30 minutes). 6.1.3.2 Error status display During operation of the meter a continual check takes place of the register data, the code and also the checksum. If during the check an error is recognized then an error code is shown in the display. Operating the meter 21 6.2 Display The ITZ has a liquid crystal display (LCD). Phase display (U1, U2, U3) The display of the symbols L1, L2 and L3 signalizes that voltage is applied at all individual. Failure of a phase is displayed by the deletion of a symbol. 2. Phase sequence identifier This function is only active when all three voltages are applied. With an incorrect phase sequence all three symbols flash. 3. Display of the energy direction The registered energy direction is displayed with the symbols P+ and P-. P+ 􀀠 Meter registers positive active energy P- 􀀠 Meter registers negative active energy 4. Display of meter start-up or the active energy register When the WSum exceeds the start-up threshold and energy is registered in the relevant energy register, the appropriate energy direction arrow appears (P+ or P-, depending on the meter design). 5. Display with incorrect energy direction This function requires that voltage is applied at all phases and also a correct phase sequence. With an incorrect energy direction the symbols „L1“, „L2“, „L3“ and also P+/P- flash. 6. Display with a negative energy direction (WSum < 0) a) Unidirectional meter With a negative energy direction no energy is registered. The LED is continually lit-up (no load operation) P- also flashes and P+ is not displayed. b) Bidirectional meter With a negative energy direction P- appears. c) IWI – Absolute meter With a negative energy direction P+ and P- appear since the energy direction is negative and the energy register for W+ is active. Display of deviating energy directions of the phases a) Unidirectional/bi-directional meter If the energy direction of at least one phase deviates from the sum of the energy direction then, in addition to the energy direction arrow of the sum of phases the opposite energy direction arrow flashes. In addition, the symbol of the relevant phase flashes. Examples: Case Display WSum > 0, W2 < 0 P+ is registered P+ static, L2 and P- flash WSum < 0, W3 > 0 W- is registered P- static, L3 and P+ flash WSum > 0, W1 and W3 < 0 W+ is registered P+ static, L1, L3 and P- flash b) IWI – Absolute meter If at least one phase is negative then in addition to the energy direction arrow P+, the energy direction arrow P- appears. There are two different types of recognition: a) Terminal cover monitoring b) Magnetic field monitoring General If the ITZ meter is in the parameter status then the manipulation monitoring is „Offline“, that means no manipulations are registered. However, by pressing the manipulation button or by applying an external magnetic field the manipulation display („hand symbol“ in the display) can be tested. Activation of the manipulation monitoring takes place thirty minutes after switching off the parameter status. Manipulation event a) Terminal cover monitoring If the ITZ is in normal operation then every attempt to open the terminal cover is registered with the date and time. If the meter has a buffer battery the registration can also take place in a no-voltage condition. A manipulation of the terminal cover is signalized by a „hand symbol“ in the display. Furthermore via an output an alarm can be activated. The ITZ meter registers the numbers of opening of the terminal cover in the register C.51.7(). With every further attempt to open the cover the increases by 1. The register has 8 digits from 00000000 to 99999999. For each billing period the manipulation attempts in the registers C.51.5() and C.51.6() are saved. In these registers the last 10 manipulation attempts are saved. In the register C.51.5() the start of the last manipulation attempt of the billing period is saved with information about date and time. The register C.51.6() saves the end of the manipulation attempt also with date and time. b) Magnetic field monitoring If the meter is in the normal operation mode then every attempt to manipulate the meter with a magnetic field is registered with the date and time. A manipulation attempt of this type is signalized by a „hand signal“ in the display. Operating the meter 25 The ITZ registers the number of these manipulation attempts in the register C.52.7(). With every further manipulation attempt the register is increased by 1. The register has 8 digits from 00000000 to 99999999. For each billing period the manipulation attempts are saved in the registers C.52.5() and C.52.6(). In these registers the last 10 manipulation attempts are saved. In the register C.52.5() the start of the last manipulation attempt of the billing period is saved with the date and time. The register C.52.6() saves the end of the last manipulation attempt also with the date and time. Furthermore via an output an alarm can be activated. Reset of the manipulation register and creation of pre-values a) Reset when reading out via the optical interface D0 With a readout via the optical interface D0 the „hand symbol“ in the display or an activated alarm is deleted. Note: No pre-value is formed. b) Reset with a remote readout via the electrical interface. The reset via the electrical interface takes place analog to the reset via the optical interface. c) Automatic reset At the end of the billing period an automatic reset takes place in the prevalue registers C.51.500() and C.52.500() and also C.51.600() and C.52.600(). A „hand symbol“ in the display or an activated alarm are still activated after the reset. d) Manual reset A manual reset takes place via the reset button. This is evaluated as an event and is saved in the register C.51.8. Afterwards this event is transferred into the pre-value register with the additional identification „&“. A „hand symbol“ in the display or an activated alarm are deactivated afterwards. 26 Operating the meter 6.3 Display control Control of the display takes place principally via the call-up button. Certain functions such as carrying out a manual reset, setting the data and time etc. require the operation of the reset button which can be locked with a seal. With the operation of the call-up button it is differentiated between the following: a) 􀁣 􀀠 short pressing of the button (< 2 s) b) 􀁤 􀀠 long pressing of the button (2 s < t < 5 s) and c) 􀁥 􀀠 longer pressing of the button (> 5 s) The display menu of the ITZ is divided into different display levels. With 􀁤 it is possible to switch from one display level to another display level. Every display level also has sub-levels. With 􀁣 it is possible to switch from the display level to sub-level and then from one sub-level to another sub-level. The maximum demand measuring takes place either synchronous to the clock 24 h continuously or it is coupled to a tariff. Úvod V tejto príručke sú popísané všetky varianty koncepcie elektromera ITZ. Nezabudnite, že elektromery môžu mať z hľadiska, napríklad konfigurácie, rozhraní, vstupov a výstupov atď. rozdielnu konštrukciu. Preto je možné, že budú popísané také charakteristiky počítadiel, ktoré sa nebudú v každom detaili vzťahovať na elektromer (-y), ktorý používate. 1.1 Bezpečnostné pokyny Tieto elektromery sú určené výhradne na meranie elektrickej energie a nesmú sa používať mimo rozsahu špecifikovaných technických parametrov (pozri typový štítok). Pri inštalácii alebo pri výmene tohto elektromera nesmie byť v tých vodičoch, ktoré sú do prístroja zapojené, žiadne elektrické napätie. Pre tento účel sa môžu používať len určené skrutkové svorkovnice. Dotýkanie sa súčastí pod napätím je životu nebezpečné. Preto treba príslušnú záložnú poistku vybrať a uložiť tak, aby ju nemohli nedovoleným spôsobom používať iné osoby. Pred otvorením elektromera treba bezpodmienečne skratovať sekundárny okruh vedúci do prúdového transformátora. Vysoké napätie na tomto prúdovom transformátore je životu nebezpečné a môže poškodiť aj samotný transformátor. Pri nesprávnom inštalovaní elektromera môžu vstupy S0 viesť k sieťovému napätiu. Upozornenie: Nebezpečenstvo: Treba dodržiavať platné miestne normy, smernice, nariadenia a bezpečnostné predpisy. Inštaláciu elektromerov môžu vykonávať len odborníci s primeranou kvalifikáciou pre túto činnosť. 1.2 Upevnenie a inštalácia 1.2.1 Upevnenie elektromera Elektromery konštrukčnej rady ITZ sú určené pre upevnenie na stenu podľa normy DIN 43 857-2. Presnosť chodu hodín sa pohybuje v rozmedzí +/- 5 ppm. Tarifné spínacie hodiny udávajú čas, kedy sa má zapnúť prepínanie tarify. Pre toto prepínanie taríf sa môžu nastavovať parametre, pričom je aktívna vždy jedna tarifa. Externé ovládanie taríf je taktiež možné. Pritom sa automaticky vypínajú interné tarifné spínacie hodiny. Elektromer ITZ má k dispozícii osobitné denné spínacie hodiny pre dni týždňa [pracovné dni] a dni sviatky. Nasledovné typy dní sú podporované: - pondelok – piatok - sobota - nedeľa - sviatky [dni pracovného pokoja] Nabíjanie hodín ukazujúcich reálny čas sa vykonáva prostredníctvom kondenzátora SuperCap – pri rezerve chodu > 7 dní. Pri úplne vybitom kondenzátore SuperCap činí doba nabíjania od privedenia fázových napätí približne 22 min (90 % elektrického napätia). Keď sa rezerva chodu hodín vyčerpá, tak sa hodiny ukazujúce reálny čas nastavia po obnove elektrického napätia naspäť na časový okamih výpadku elektrického napätia. Segmenty prístroja LCD T1, T2, T3 a T4 sa budú zobrazovať dovtedy, kým sa hodiny budú nastavovať. Nastavovanie dátumu a času Dátum a čas sa dá nastavovať pomocou softvéru EMH-COM alebo EMH-COMBI-MASTER 2000 buď prostredníctvom optického alebo elektrického rozhrania. V Nemecku sa na základe požiadaviek PTB môže vykonať nastavovanie cez elektrické rozhranie len raz po skončení parametrického stavu, alebo po obnovení napätia. Synchronizácia hodín ukazujúcich reálny čas sa vykonáva pomocou: a) interných hodín; b) synchronizačného vstupu, alebo c) riadkového kmitočtu. Vyrovnávanie hodín ukazujúcich reálny čas sa vykonáva pomocou: a) batérie, alebo b) kondenzátora, alebo c) kondenzátora a vyrovnávacej batérie, alebo d) batérie a vyrovnávacej batérie. Batéria zabezpečuje rezervu chodu na viac ako 10 rokov, kondenzátor na viac ako 7 dní. Pri úplne vybitom kondenzátore doba nabíjania trvá približne 20 minút po zapnutí fázového napätia (90% napätie). Keď sa vyčerpá rezerva chodu, potom sa na displeji zobrazí príslušný symbol (viď odsek číslo 21). Po obnovení napätia sa hodiny ukazujúce reálny čas nastavia na čas, kedy vznikol výpadok prúdu. Okrem toho sa elektrická energia zaznamená v pevnom počítadle (v závislosti od konfigurácie 1.8.0, 1.8.1, 1.8.2, 1.8.3 alebo 1.8.4). Keď sa dobíja batéria alebo kondenzátor, ich funkciu prevezme vyrovnávacia batéria. Táto vyrovnávacia batéria tiež umožňuje, aby bol displej neustále v prevádzke aj v podmienkach bez napätia a tiež odčítavanie elektromera cez optické rozhranie dát D0. 5.4 Dátové rozhrania Odčítanie dát zabezpečuje optické rozhranie D0, alebo elektrické rozhranie RS- 485, príp. CL0 podľa IEC 62056-21. Rozhranie D0 má pritom vyššiu prioritu. 5.4.1 Optické dátové rozhranie D0 Rozhranie D0 je vyhotovené podľa predpisov IEC 62056-21. Môžu sa nastaviť nasledovné prenosové rýchlosti: režim C s maximálnou rýchlosťou 300, 1200, 2400, 4800 alebo 9600 Baudov. 5.4.2 Elektrické dátové rozhranie RS485 Elektrické rozhranie, ktoré je od elektromera oddelené galvanicky, sa nachádza na prídavných svorkách pod zaplombovateľným krytom svoriek (viď schému pripojenia). Elektrické rozhranie RS-485 je symetrické, dvojvodičové rozhranie a je vyhotovené podľa predpisov TIA/EIA-485/ITU-T V.11. Do modemu elektromera s rozhraním RS 485 sa môže zapojiť až 32 elektromerov. Elektromer sa môže špecificky určiť a vyvolať. Vzdialenosť medzi čítacím prístrojom a elektromerom nesmie prekročiť 1000 m. Štruktúra zbernice Obrázok číslo 8: Usporiadanie systému – dvojkáblová zbernica RS485 Detail: Poznámka: Koncový odpor sa môže nainštalovať len pri prvom a poslednom elektromeri 5.4.3 Elektrické dátové rozhranie CLO (CS) Elektrické rozhranie CL0, ktoré je od elektromera oddelené galvanicky, sa tu nachádza na prídavných svorkách pod zaplombovateľným krytom svoriek (viď obrázok číslo 3 na strane číslo 8). Rozhranie CL0 bolo vyhotovené podľa predpisov normy DIN 66 348, časť 1. Ide o tzv. pasívne dvojvodičové rozhranie, to znamená, že nedisponuje vlastným zdrojom elektrického napätia. Dáta sa prenášajú ako značka/medzera pri menovitom prúde 20mA. Z tohto dôvodu sa tiež nazýva ako prúdové rozhranie 20 mA. Pokles elektrického napätia série komutovaných vysielačov a prijímačov v elektromeri je približne 4 V. Toto umožňuje zapojiť do série max. štyri výstupy elektromera a prevádzkovať ich jedným modemom. Elektromery sú špecificky adresované a vyvolávané. Rozhranie CL0 je vhodné na prenos dát až do vzdialenosti jedného kilometra. Priestor okna je priehľadný a ostatná časť má erodovanú štruktúru. Kryt elektromeru je v hornej časti zavesený na základnú dosku a v dolnej časti je k nemu priskrutkovaný dvomi zaplombovateľnými skrutkami. Obrázok číslo 9: Kryt elektromera 5.7.3 Kryt svorkovnice zaisťovaný plombou Kryt svorkovnice je vyrobený zo šedého polykarbónu. Pomocou plombovateľných skrutiek je priskrutkovaný k svorkovnici. Každý pokus o otvorenie krytu sa pomocou tohto kolíka zaznamenáva. Na strane svorkovnice je nalepená schéma zapojenia. Obrázok číslo 10: Svorkovnica s vývodom pre zisťovanie manipulácie 6. Obsluha elektromera 6.1 Prevádzkové režimy 6.1.1 Parametrický stav (PAR-Status) Parametrický stav sa používa na konfigurovanie elektromera vo výrobe. Na aktiváciu tohoto režimu je potrebné stlačiť tlačidlo PAR-Status. Toto tlačidlo sa nachádza na hlavnom riadiacom paneli elektromerov a chránený je plombou. 6.1.2 Testovací režim V režime testovania je rozlíšenie elektrickej energie 100 krát vyššie ako rozlíšenie v štandardnom prevádzkovom režime. Toto sa tiež vzťahuje na tabuľku odpočtu hodnôt. Testovací režim sa môže tiež vyvolať prostredníctvom povelu zápisu 1.58.T(N). „N“ = 1 znamená aktácia, „N“ = 0 znamená vypnutie. „T“ znamená počet taríf, ktoré sú aktivované týmto povelom. Blikajúci symbol hviezdičky a výkričník súčasne signalizuje na displeji zapnutie testovacieho režimu (viď stranu č. 21). Po 24 hodinách neprerušenej prevádzky sa testovací režim automaticky vypne. 6.1.3 Štandardný prevádzkový režim Keď sa elektromer nachádza v normálnej prevádzke, potom je vždy v štandardnom prevádzkovom režime. 6.1.3.1 Štandardné zobrazovanie Po nainštalovaní elektromera a chode pomocou testov displeja bude elektromer v štandardnom zobrazovaní. Ak je elektromer vo viactarifnej úprave, hodnota elektrickej energie a označenie aktívnej tarify sa zobrazuje na displeji. U dvojtarifných elektromeroch so statickým displejom sa hodnota elektrickej energie pre vysokú tarifu zobrazuje v okienku pre hodnotu a hodnota elektrickej energie pre nízku tarifu sa zobrazuje v okienku pre kód OBIS. Týmto číslice hodnoty vysokej tarify klesajú z 8 na 7. Displej sa z každého stavu vracia späť do štandardného zobrazovania za predpokladu, že displej nebol prevádzkovaný v nakonfigurovanej dobe opozdenia (5 až 30 minút). 6.1.3.2 Zobrazenie chybového stavu Počas prevádzky elektromera sa vykonáva nepretržitá kontrola zapisovača dát, kódu a tiež kontrolného súčtu. Ak sa počas kontroly zistí chyba, potom sa na displeji zobratí kód chyby. 6.2 Displej Elektromer ITZ je vybavený displejom z tekutých kryštálov (LCD). 3.2. Zobrazovanie fázy (U1, U2, U3) Zobrazovanie symbolov L1, L2 a L3 signalizuje, že napätie je privádzané jednotlivo do všetkých fáz. Zistená porucha fázy sa zobrazuje pomocou symbolu. 2. Identifikátor poradia fázy Táto funkcia je aktívna len vtedy, keď sa privádzajú všetky tri napätia. Pri nesprávnom poradí fáz budú blikať všetky tri symboly. 3. Zobrazovanie smeru elektrickej energie Zaznamenaný smer elektrickej energie sa zobrazuje pomocou symbolov P+ a P-. P+ = elektromer zaznamenáva kladnú elektrickú energiu; P- = elektromer zaznamenáva zápornú elektrickú energiu. 4. Zobrazovanie pri štarte elektromera alebo počítadlo aktívnej elektrickej energie Keď Wsúčet je väčší ako prahová hodnota pri štarte a príslušné počítadlo zaznamenáva elektrickú energiu, objaví sa šípka príslušného smeru elektrickej energie (P+ alebo P- v závislosti od konštrukcie elektromera). 5. Zobrazovanie pri nesprávnom smere elektrickej energie Táto funkcia si vyžaduje privádzanie napätia vo všetkých fázach a tiež správne poradie fáz. Pri nesprávnom smere elektrickej energie budú blikať symboly „L1“, „L2“ a „L3“ a tiež P+/P-. 6. Zobrazovanie pri zápornom smere elektrickej energie (Wsúčet < 0) a) Jednosmerný elektromer. Pri zápornom smere elektrickej energie sa nezaznamenáva žiadna elektrická energia. LED je stále rozsvietená (prevádzka bez záťaže), P- tiež svieti a P+ nie je zobrazené; b) Obojsmerný elektromer. Pri zápornom smere elektrickej energie sa zobrazí P-. c) IWI – Elektromer pre absolútne hodnoty Pri zápornom smere elektrickej energie sa zobrazí P+ a P-, pretože smer elektrickej energie je záporný a počítadlo elektrickej energie pre W+ je aktívne. 7. Zobrazenie odchyľujúcich sa smerov elektrickej energie vo fázach a) Jednosmerný/obojsmerný elektromer. Ak sa smer elektrickej energie aspoň jednej fázy odchyľuje od súčtu smeru elektrickej energie, potom okrem šípky smeru elektrickej energie súčtu fáz sa rozsvieti aj šípka opačného smeru elektrickej energie. Okrem toho sa rozsvieti symbol príslušnej fázy. Zistenie poruchy fázy Elektromer ITZ zaznamenáva v nasledovných zápisoch dátum a čas výpadku napätia a tiež dátum a čas obnovenia napätia v každej fáze: Výpadok napätia Obnovenie napätia L1 L2 L3 L1 L2 L3 C.51.1W C.51.2W C.51.3W C.52.1W C.52.2W C.52.3W W = Elektromer prípadu (00-99, 10 predbežných hodnôt) Príklad: C.51.102 (10502031250000) = druhý výpadok napätia vo fáze L2 o 12:50 hod. dňa 3.2.2005. Príslušný posledný časový údaj pre obnovu napätia C.52.XNový() je zistený vtedy, keď sa vyskytne výpadok napätia (zápis v C.51.X(Nový +1), ináč je neprijateľný starý časový údaj. Okrem toho elektromer ITZ zaznamenáva v nasledovnom zápise počet výpadkov napätia pre každú fázu: Počet výpadkov napätia L1 L2 L3 C.7.1 C.7.2 C.7.3 6.2.2 Zisťovanie manipulácie Z dôvodu ochrany proti pokusom o manipuláciu má elektromer ITZ nainštalovaný systém zisťovania manipulácie. Používajú sa dva odlišné typy zisťovania: a) monitorovanie krytu svorkovnice; b) monitorovanie magnetického poľa. Všeobecné informácie Ak sa elektromer ITZ nachádza v parametrickom stave, potom monitorovanie manipulácie „nie je spojené“, čo znamená, že nie sú zaznamenané žiadne pokusy o manipulovanie. Avšak, keď sa stlačí tlačidlo obsluhy, alebo keď sa aplikuje vonkajšie magnetické pole, môže sa zobrazenie manipulácie preveriť ("symbol ruky“). Monitorovanie manipulácie sa zapína tridsať minúť po vypnutí parametrických stavov. Prípad manipulácie a) Monitorovanie krytu svorkovnice. Ak je elektromer ITZ v normálnej prevádzke, potom sa každý pokus o otvorenie krytu svorkovnice zaznamená spolu s dátumom a časom. Ak je do elektromera vložená vyrovnávacia batéria, zaznamenanie sa môže tiež vykonať v stave bez napätia. Symbol "ruky" signalizuje na displeji manipuláciu s krytom svorkovnice. Okrem toho môže byť cez výstup spustený aj alarm. Elektromer ITZ registruje počty otvárania krytu svorkovnice na počítadle C.51.7(). Pri každom ďalšom pokuse o otvorenie tohto krytu sa hodnota zvyšuje o 1. Počítadlo má 8 číslic od 00000000 po 99999999. Pre každé fakturačné obdobie sa v počítadlách C.51.5() a C.51.6() ukladajú pokusy o manipuláciu. V týchto počítadlách je uložených posledných 10 pokusov o manipuláciu. V počítadle C.51.5() je uložený začiatok posledného pokusu o manipuláciu za príslušné fakturačné obdobie spolu s informáciou o dátume a čase. V počítadle C.51.6() sa ukladá koniec pokusu o manipuláciu spolu s dátumom a časom. b) Monitorovanie magnetického poľa Ak je elektromer v normálnej prevádzke, potom sa každý pokus o manipuláciu s elektromerom s magnetickým poľom zaznamenáva spolu s dátumom a časom. Pokus o manipuláciu tohto typu signalizuje na displeji symbol „ruky“. Elektromer ITZ registruje počty týchto pokusov o manipuláciu na počítadle C.52.7(). Pri každom ďalšom pokuse o manipulovanie sa hodnota zvyšuje o 1. Počítadlo má 8 číslic od 00000000 po 99999999. Pre každé fakturačné obdobie sa v registroch C.52.5() a C.52.6()ukladajú pokusy o manipuláciu. V týchto registroch je uložených posledných 10 pokusov o manipuláciu. V počítadle C.52.5() je uložený začiatok posledného pokusu o manipuláciu za príslušné fakturačné obdobie spolu s informáciou o dátume a čase. V počítadle C.52.6() sa ukladá koniec pokusu o manipuláciu spolu s dátumom a časom. Okrem toho môže byť cez výstup spustený aj alarm. Resetovanie počítadla počtu manipulovaní a tvorba predbežných hodnôt a) Resetovanie pri snímaní cez optické rozhranie D0: Pomocou snímania cez optické rozhranie D0 sa zruší na displeji symbol „ruky“, alebo sa zruší aktivovaný alarm. Poznámka: Nie je vytvorená žiadna predbežná hodnota. b) Resetovanie pomocou diaľkového snímania cez elektrické rozhrania. Resetovanie cez elektrické rozhranie sa robí spolu s resetovaním cez optické rozhranie. c) Automatické resetovanie Na konci fakturačného obdobia sa vykoná automatické resetovanie počítadiel s predbežnými hodnotami C.51.500() a C.52.500() a tiež C.51.600() a C.52.600(). Po resetovaní zostáva na displeji symbol „ruky“ alebo aktivovaný alarm. d) Manuálne resetovanie Počítadlo sa manuálne resetuje pomocou resetovacieho tlačidla. Toto je vyhodnotené ako udalosť a ukladá sa do počítadla C.51.8. Potom sa táto udalosť prenáša do počítadla s predbežnou hodnotou s dodatočnou identifikáciou ako "&". Následne sa na displeji zruší symbol "ruky" alebo sa vypne alarm. 6.3 Kontrola displeja Kontrola displeja sa v prvom rade vykonáva prostredníctvom vyvolávacieho tlačidla. Niektoré funkcie, ako napríklad vykonávanie manuálneho resetovania, nastavovanie parametrov, času a podobne, si vyžaduje použitie resetovacieho tlačidla, ktoré môže byť zaistené plombou. Pri stlačení vyvolávacieho tlačidla sa rozlišuje medzi nasledovnými úkonmi: a)  = krátke stlačenie tlačidla (< 2 s.) b)  = dlhé stlačenie tlačidla (2 s. < t < 5 s.), a c) ´= dlhšie stlačenie tlačidla (> 5 s.). Pomocný zoznam operácií a funkcií displeja na elektromeri ITZ je rozdelený na rôzne stupne zobrazovania. Pri stlačení tlačidla podľa  je možné prepínať z jedného stupňa zobrazenia do iného. Každý stupeň zobrazenia má podstupne. Pri stlačení tlačidla podľa  je možné prepínať z jedného stupňa zobrazenia do podstupňa a potom z jedného podstupňa do iného podstupňa. Stlačením tlačidla podľa  je možné prepnúť z každého stupňa späť do stupňa zobrazenia číslo 1. Špeciálne funkcie 7.1 Funkcie v stave nulového napätia V stave nulového napätia môže elektromer ITZ napájať vyrovnávacia batéria. Podporované sú nasledovné funkcie: - riadenie displeja - snímanie elektromera cez optické dátové rozhranie D0 - zisťovanie manipulovania - okamžité vyrovnávanie zaregistrovaných externých impulzov (napríklad plynomer, vodomer a podobne). 7.2 Zaznamenávanie elektrickej energie Elektromer ITZ sa môže konfigurovať pre nasledovné typy zaznamenávanie elektrickej energie: a) Aabsolútne meranie W- W+ a W- sa zaznamenávajú v počítadle pre W+. Absolútne meranie sa robí po jednotlivých fázach: IWcelkomI = IW1I + IW2I + IW3I. b) Meranie W+ a W- W+ a W- sa zaznamenávajú v dvoch samostatných počítadlách: Wcelkom = W1 + W2 + W3 Wcelkom > 0 = Import Wcelkom < 0 = Export c) Meranie W+ s nereverznou západkou Wcelkom = W1 + W2 + W3 Wcelkom > 0 = elektrická energia je zaznamenaná Wcelkom < 0 = zapnutá nereverzná západka a elektrická energia sa nezaznamenáva 7.3 Zaznamenávanie okamžitých hodnôt Elektromer ITZ môže zaznamenávať elektrickú energiu P, napätie U a prúd I a zobrazovať s nasledovnými číslami (celé čísla/desatinné čísla (jednotka)): - U = 3,1 (V) - I = 3,2 (A) (u elektromerov s priamym zapojením) - I = 1,3 (A) (u elektromerov riadených transformátorom) - IPI = 2,2 (kW) (u elektromerov s priamym zapojením) - IPI = 1,3 (kW) (u elektromerov riadených transformátorom) 7.4 Meranie maximálneho odberu Elektromer ITZ môže merať maximálny odber elektrického prúdu. Maximálny odber prúdu sa vykonáva buď synchrónne s hodinami nepretržite 24 hodín, alebo je zapojený do tarify. Cyklus merania môže mať nastavené parameter na 10 minút alebo 15 minút. 8 Indikácia hodnôt elektromera 8.1 Komunikačné programové prostriedky EMH-COm alebo EMH-COMBI-MASTER 2000 sú štandardné komunikačné programové prostriedky pre elektromer ITZ .
