English to Slovak: Contractual obligations
Source text - English
Dear Applicants:

Starting from 2006-2007 academic year RMUSP introduces a new procedure for Grant administration.
Please read the following carefully:

Contractual Obligation document:
The Applicant/Scholar has to sign Contractual Obligations copies attached in the package. The Contractual Obligations will serve as consent to follow the RMUSP Requirements as a legally binding document, if the Applicant/Scholar is assigned a Grant. While New Applicants sign the Contractual Obligation Lists in the Orientation sessions, renewal Applicants are required to send the signed document along with the Enrollment Certificate by the deadline of October 31, 2006 to RMUSP.

· The package includes 3 copies of the Contractual Obligations. Hungarian and English copies need to be signed and returned to us. Native language copy is for the Scholar/Applicant reference.

· Please note that signing the Contractual Obligation List does not guarantee or entitle the Applicants/Scholar for Scholarship.

Final Decision of the Program Selection committee:
In case the Scholar/Applicants is selected by RMUSP, Scholar/Applicants will receive (i) Grants Letter stating the amount, terms and conditions of the scholarship and (ii) Western Union MTCN in mid November 2006. The selected Scholar/Applicants are expected to pick up their scholarship from any Western Union office in the country of their residence within 3 weeks after receiving the Grant Letter and WU MTCN. (please find the WU guidelines attached)

The rejected Applicants/Scholars will receive the official Rejection Letters in November-December of 2006.

With Best Wishes,
RMUSP

Vybraný uchádzač/štipendista si vyzdvihne svoje štipendium v ktorejkoľvek kancelárii spoločnosti Western Union v krajine svojho bydliska do troch týždňov od doručenia Listu o pridelení grantu a WU MTCN. (pozrite si prosím priložené pokyny WU)

Neúspešní uchádzači/štipendisti dostanú oficiálny List o zamietnutí v novembri – decembri 2006.

S pozdravom,
RMUSP
