Source text - German Als Bezugsquelle im SAP R/3 System versteht man einen Infosatz oder Rahmenvertrag (Kontrakt, Lieferplan). Zur Verwaltung von Bezugsquellen verwendet man Orderbuch bzw. Quotierung (Stammdaten des Einkaufs).
Ein Infosatz zeigt die Verbindung Material/Lieferant für ein bestimmtes Werk einer Einkaufsorganisation oder für mehrere Werke einer Einkaufsorganisation. Im Infosatz kann insbesondere der Preis und sonstige Konditionen dieses Lieferanten für das Material geführt werden.
Ein Rahmenvertrag ist eine langfristige Vereinbarung mit einem Lieferanten die Ware bzw. Diensleistungen für einen bestimmten Zeitraum, zu bestimmten Konditionen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Unter einem Rahmenvertrag versteht man einen Lieferplan oder einen Kontrakt (Mengenkontrakt/Wertkontrakt).
Das Orderbuch ist dazu da, um die vorhandenen Bezugsquellen (Lieferanten mit Infosätzen, Rahmenverträge) zu verwalten. In einem Orderbuch kann man eine Bezugsquelle für ein bestimmtes Werk als eine exklusive Bezugsquelle definieren oder sie sperren.
Eine Quotierung wird dann angewendet, wenn ein Material von verschiedenen Lieferanten bezogen wird. Denen wird dann eine Quote zugeteilt. Auch wenn ein Infosatz in unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen vorliegt (Normal und Konsignation) wird eine Quotierung benötigt, um zu definieren, welche davon als Bezugsquelle herangezogen werden soll. Analoges gilt, wenn mehrere dispositionsrelevante Bezugsquellen definiert wurden; auch in diesem Fall wird mit Hilfe der Quotierung eine Eindeutigkeit hergestellt.
Die Priorität der Bezugsquellenfindung im SAP R/3 System (je nach Wichtigkeit) sieht folgendermaßen aus:
1. Quotierung
2. Orderbuch
3. Rahmenvertrag
4. Infosatz

An info record shows the material/vendor connection for a specific plant of a purchasing organization or for several plants of a purchasing organization. Particularly the price and other conditions from this vendor of the material can be managed in the info record.
An outline agreement is a long-term agreement with a vendor, which provides goods or services for a certain time period and with specific conditions. An outline agreement refers to a scheduling agreement or a contract (quantity contract / value contract).
A source list is used to manage existing sources of supply (vendors with info records, outline agreements). In a source list you can define a source of supply as the only source of supply for a specific plant or you can block the source of supply for the plant.
A quota arrangement is used if one material is procured from several different vendors. These vendors are each assigned a quota. If an info record exists in various different forms (normal and consignment) a quota arrangement is required to define which one is to be used as the source of supply. The same applies if several sources of supply, which are relevant to materials planning, have been defined. A quota arrangement can also be used in this case to help single out the sources of supply.
The order of priority of source determination in the SAP R/3 system (based on importance) is as follows:
1. Quota arrangement
2. Source list
3. Outline agreement
4. Info record
