Smoking Area. It is prohibited to smoke inside the Salon. Smoking must be at the designated area which is currently located behind the Salon building and outside the staff lounge and (or) outside the Dining room. It is the responsibility of each person who smokes to ensure that the remaining cigarettes are lighten off to avoid fire and any other danger causes. Violation to this particular action may result in serious actions taken as per the Omani Penal Law. | Translation - Arabic
منطقة التدخين: يحظر التدخين داخل الصالون. يُسمح بالتدخين فقط داخل المناطق المخصصة التي تتمثل في الوقت الحالي في المكان الواقع خلف مبنى الصالون وخارج استراحة الموظفين (أو) خارج غرفة الطعام. تقع على عاتق كل شخص مسؤولية ضمان إطفاء ما تبقى من السيجارة وذلك لتجنب اندلاع حريق ووقوع أي حالات خطرة أخرى. قد تؤدي مخالفة هذا الأمر تحديدًا إلى اتخاذ إجراءات صارمة وفقًا لقانون العقوبات العماني. |

The Company hereby agrees subject to the terms exceptions limits and
conditions contained herein or endorsed hereon (hereinafter referred to as “the
terms of the Policy) that if during the period of insurance or during any further
period in respect of which the Insured shall have paid or agreed to pay and the
company shall have accepted or agreed to accept the premium required the
property insured or any part thereof shall be accidentally physically lost destroyed
or damaged the company will pay to the Insured the value of the property Insured
at the time of the happening of its loss or destruction or the amount of such damage
or rein stale or replace such property or any part thereof. | Translation - Arabic
1) توافق الشركة بموجب هذه البوليصة ورهنًا بالشروط والاستثناءات والحدود والبنود الواردة في هذه البوليصة أو المصدق عليها فيها (يشار إليها فيما بعد بـ"شروط البوليصة") بأنه في حالة تعرض الملكية المؤمنة أو أي جزء منها للفقدان أو التلف أو التدمير المادي غير المتعمد أثناء فترة التأمين أو أي فترة أخرى كان من المفترض على المؤمن عليه أن يدفع أو يوافق خلالها على دفع القسط المطلوب وكان من المفترض أن تقبل الشركة أو توافق على قبول ذلك القسط، فستدفع الشركة إلى المؤمن عليه قيمة الملكية المؤمنة وقت وقوع الفقد أو التدمير أو المبلغ المتعلق بهذا الضرر أو ستعيد تركيب هذه الملكية أو أي جزء منها أو ستستبدلها.
