Sarah had rolled over on her face, as if to hide the damage the shells had done to her, but I saw it all through veils of red anyway. I came out of the corner without conscious thought, and the commando was too late to bring the Kalashnikov around. I slammed into him at waist height, blocked the gun and knocked him back into the kitchen. The barrel of the rifle caught on the door jamb and he lost his grip. I heard the weapon clatter to the ground behind me as we hit the kitchen floor. With the speed and strength of the tetrameth I scrambled astride him, batted aside one flailing arm and seized his head in both hands. Then I smashed it against the tiles like a coconut.

Under the mask, his eyes went suddenly unfocused. I lifted the head again and smashed it down again, feeling the skull give soggily with the impact. I ground down against the crunch, lifted and smashed again. There was a roaring in my ears like the maelstrom and somewhere I could hear my own voice screaming obscenities. I was going for a fourth or fifth blow when something kicked me between the shoulder blades and splinters jumped magically out of the table leg
in front of me. I felt the sting as two of them found homes in my face.
For some reason the rage puddled abruptly out of me. I let go of the commando's head almost gently and was lifting one puzzled hand to the pain of the splinters in my cheek when I realised I had been shot, and that the bullet must have torn all the way through my chest and into the table leg. I looked down, dumbfounded, and saw the dark red stain inking its way out over my shirt. No doubt about it. A exit hole big enough to take a golf ball.
With the realisation came the pain. It felt as if someone had run a steel-wool pipe-cleaner briskly through my chest cavity. Almost thoughtfully, I reached up, found the hole and plugged it with my two middle fingers. The finger tips scraped over the roughness of torn bone in the wound, and I felt something membranous throb against one of them. The bullet had missed my heart. I grunted and attempted to rise, but the grunt turned into a cough and I tasted blood on my tongue.
'Don't you move, motherfucker.'

Benar saja. Lubangnya sebesar bola golf. Rasa sakit pun mulai menjalar setelah aku menyadari lukanya.

Performance is a complete display of the company’s state for a certain period of time and a result or achievement influenced by the company's operational activities in utilizing its resources (Helfert, 1996). It is a function of the interaction between ability (A), motivation (M), and opportunity (O), where it can be formulated that performance is ∀ (A x M x O) (Robbins, 1996). Thus, performance is important to be achieved since it is a reflection of the company's ability to manage and allocate resources to carry out its operations (Sudiyatno, 2010).
Performance is more synonymous with financial performance with a measure of efficiency with proxies that are reflected in financial ratios, variables and performance indicators. Financial report is a product of information that is generated related to the condition of the company. Based on the financial report, a number of financial ratios can be calculated in general and used as a basis for assessing company performance, which is reflected in the health level of the company and is also related to the ability of management to manage their resources effectively and efficiently.

The position of CAR and ROA has also grown positively, illustrating that each bank management has successfully implemented a strategy business and work plans that have been prepared each year.
The condition of non-performing financing (NPF) also experienced a significant decline, namely by 4.76% in 2017 or IDR 9 trillion to 3.26% or IDR 6.5 trillion in 2018, with financing also experiencing an increase from 2014 to 2018, where amounting to IDR 148.4 trillion in 2014, IDR 154.5 trillion in 2015, IDR 178 trillion in 2016, IDR 190.3 trillion in 2017, and IDR 202.7 trillion in 2018.This data shows that Islamic Commercial Bank (ICB) management has succeeded in suppressing NPF and distribute the third-party funds (TPF) to customers through its policies. Judging from the ratio of TPF, capital and profit, the financial performance of Islamic banks increased by an average of 11% for TPF, 17% for capital and 52.02% for profit. This financial ratio shows that the growth of Islamic banks is expeditious compared to conventional banks and the financial performance of Islamic banks is in an excellent position.
