Source text - Russian Regeneration Housing
The regeneration housing is built from prefabricated panels and supplied with an inspection door, which provides access to the regeneration housing with the regeneration carriage. The regeneration housing is separated from the filter housing below by the tubesheet. The top of the regeneration housing is the filter roof, which is designed with a little slope to prevent rainwater on the roof.
The regeneration housing is internally equipped with Ex II 3 D equipment (position sensors, regeneration fans and motors and drive motor).
A differential pressure switch (safety guard) placed on the outside of the regeneration housing ensures that the pressure inside the filter does not exceed the maximum pressure that the filter is designed for.
Regeneration carriage
The regeneration carriage is supported by four wheels, one at each corner, that run in rails attached to the sides of the housing. A duplex chain, which functions as a toothed rack, is placed on each rail.
A centrally placed drive unit moves the carriage through a drive shaft and six duplex tooth sprocket wheels, three on each side of the carriage. Position sensors placed at each end of the regeneration housing stop and change the direction of the carriage.
Cables to the carriage (energy chain) move in a rail arrangement attached to the roof of the regeneration housing. The regeneration carriage is equipped with a direct-driven centrifugal fan.

Камера регенерации выполнена из сборных панелей и оснащена смотровой дверцей, которая обеспечивает доступ к камере регенерации с кареткой регенерации. Камера регенерации отделена от расположенного снизу корпуса фильтра трубной решеткой. В верхней части камеры находится крышка фильтра, которая имеет небольшой наклон, чтобы не допустить скопления дождевой воды.
Камера регенерации внутри оснащена оборудованием Ex II 3 D (датчики положения, вентиляторы и электродвигатели регенерации, а также приводной электродвигатель).
Дифференциальное реле давления (предохранительное устройство), расположенное снаружи камеры регенерации, обеспечивает, чтобы давление внутри фильтра не превысило максимальное значение, на которое рассчитан фильтр.
Каретка регенерации

Кабели, идущие к каретке (в гибком кабель-канале), перемещаются по направляющей конструкции, прикрепленной к крышке камеры регенерации. Каретка регенерации оснащена центробежным вентилятором с прямым приводом.
