I am a translator and academic with 15 years' experience in translation, both freelance and in-house, working from French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian into my native language of English. In my capacity as a commercial translator, I have experience working across a range of technical fields including automotive, medical, and financial, having worked for clients including Audi, Deutsche Bank, KPMG and Novartis.

In my career as an academic, I hold a MA in European Politics from the College of Europe and a PhD in German from the University of Sheffield, and have published widely on the history of philosophy. I also have extensive expertise in the translation of academic texts across the humanities and social sciences.
