Following the hearing of the plead and reviewing of documents, the following verdict was issued:
The facts of the case are summarized in that the prosecutor filed it by requesting a verdict to compel the respondent to pay the defendant the amount of 400,000 dirhams, as well as obliging the defendant to pay legal fees and expenses.
Based on the statement, the prosecutor is demanding the defendant pay the aforementioned amount, on the basis that the prosecutor had been supplying electrical tools to the defendant since 04/04/2016 and the defendant had not paid the amounts owing by her as per the claim, which prompted the prosecutor to file the lawsuit with the presented requests.
Whereas it is about the subject matter of the lawsuit, when it was decided upon that evidence must be established for every lawful incident that is claimed - and the essence in this regard is that the proof must correlate to the same lawful incident as a source of rights or obligation without that obligation or that right.
For these reasons
The court ruled in her presence to oblige the defendant to pay the prosecutor an amount of 400,000 dirhams four hundred thousand dirhams, as well as obliging her to pay the legal fees and expenses, and an amount of two hundred dirhams of attorney fees.

بعد سماع المرافعة والاطلاع على الأوراق صدر الحكم الآتي:
حيث تتلخص وقائع الدعوى في أن المدعية أقامتها بطلب الحكم بإلزام المدعي عليها بأن تؤدي للمدعية مبلغ 400,000 درهم مع إلزام المدعى عليها بالرسوم والمصاريف.
على سند من القول بأن المدعية تطالب المدعى عليها بالمبلغ المذكور نظير أن قامت المدعية بتوريد أدوات كهربائية للمدعى عليها منذ تاريخ 04/04/2016 ولم تسدد المدعى عليها المبالغ المترصدة في ذمتها بمبلغ المطالبة وهو ما حدا بالمدعية لإقامة الدعوى بما تقدم من طلبات.
وحيث أنه عن موضوع الدعوى.. فلما كان من المستقر عليه أنه يتعين أن يقام الدليل على كل واقعة قانونية يدعى بها – والجوهري في هذا الصدد هو أن الإثبات يرد على الواقعة القانونية ذاتها بوصفها مصدرًا للحق أو الالتزام دون هذا الالتزام أو ذاك الحق.
فلهذه الأسباب
حكمت المحكمة حضوريًا بإلزام المدعى عليها بأن تؤدي للمدعية مبلغ 400,000 درهم أربعمائة ألف درهمًا مع إلزامها بالرسوم والمصاريف ومبلغ مائتي درهم عن أتعاب المحاماة.

Source text - English The left ovary cannot be definitely identified. The uterus appears to be flattened and stretched between the urinary bladder anteriorly, and the large soft tissue mass posteriorly, best appreciated on the sagittal images. Moderate amount of free fluid in the pelvis, likely malignant ascites. Bilateral prominence of the pelvicaliceal system bilaterally, similar in appearance compared to the prior CT scan from 2017. The ureters are not dilated. The stability of this appearance suggest that these are extrarenal pelvis bilaterally. She underwent surgery for the following: Cystoscopy, Double-J stent insertion in both ureters, laparotomy, debulking of the mass, cystoscopy, and removal of the ureteric stents (both ureters). Port-a-cath insertion via the left external jugular vein and insertion of foley catheter.
Translation - Arabic المبيض الأيسر لا يمكن تحديده بشكل نهائي. الرحم يبدو كأنه منبسط ومتمدد بين المثانة البولية من الأمام , وكتلة النسيج الرخو الكبيرة من الخلف, بناء علي أفضل تقدير من الصور السهمية. كمية معتدلة من السائل الحر في الحوض, من المرجح أنه إستسقاء خبيث. البروز الثنائي لنظام الحوض الدوري ثنائيا, متشابه في المظهر مقارنة بصور الأشعة المقطعية السابقة من 2017 . الرحم غير متدد. ثبوت هذا المظهر يوحي بأن هذه ثتائيات حوض خارجية. المريضة خضعت لعمليات جراحية لما يلي: تنظير المثانة وتركيب دعامة مزدوجة عل شكل حرف J في كلا جزئَي الرحم والبطن وتنحيف الكتلة وتنظير المثانة وإزالة دعامات الرحم (كلا الجزئان) . إقحام قسطرة عن طريق الوريد الرداجي الخارجي الأيسر وإقحام قسطرة فولي.
